We spent one night at the hotel and on our early arrival Mustafa insisted we endulge in a hearty breakfast, which included an omelette they are renowned for. We were keen to take a balloon ride and Mustafa organized one with the Moroccan group, who his brother Said is affiliated with. It was the premiere flight and this included a big breakfast beforehand. The room we stayed in had ample space to accommodate a couple with 2 children. It was actually a large cave with another abutting it as ensuite bathroom. It consisted all of the modern trimmings, including a variety of teas. Mind your head if your 6 foot (180 cm) tall or over. It was a bit like an Aladdin cave and a wonderful place to be. The bedding, the towels, the carpets and furnishings were of quality standards. The service provided was acceptional as Mustafa organized a customized tour of the region to accommodate our brief stay. We absolutely loved this experience, and as the shuttle services were top class were flew in and out with ease. Thank you Mustafa, Said and your wives for making this an experience of a life time.

Room Tip: Ask for room number 5 or if the room you're given is as big as this one.

First of all i have to say that the trip to Cappadocia is a special trip for travellers anyway but chosing the hotel is a very important part of that.
We made our choice for very valuable for us 7-days journey. And it was 100% hit!!
While leaving the hotel we felt like we were leaving our own home - wonderfull flat on the very top of the hill with 2 'let it say' rooms (because they were devided into 2 parts of the flat) and special placement for the beds for all 3 of us so that we can have privacy living in one flat... Few steps up we had a terrace which was close to our own :) with amazing views where we drunk tea every morning after getting up.

We loved it all: friendly, kind and very complaisant Mustafa, his wife and all others who helped us and made our days from the morning great and more than pleasant,
The location of the hotel - close to the center but quite and with breathtaking views,
Our tasty breakfasts under the shaded terrace,
The attitude, the atmosphere, the peacefulness of the place...

All we can say is that this is the place we recommend for us to come back. And of course for all of you. Enjoy!!

Room Tip: We had a room for 3 on the top of he hotel and it as big and amazing. Ask for that:)

Mustafa was so welcoming when we arrived, he proved breakfast as we caught the 7am flight from Istanbul to neve shir and we we exhausted.

He organized all our tours and provided relevant insights. Rooms were great, we even had a balcony. Location excellent as we were in the nicest spot in town. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable

We have visited Cappadocia 10+ times, and we have stayed in many great hotels. Canyon View Hotel is one of our new favorites. The location is excellent - a very easy walk into town, yet a quiet, peaceful stay at night. Since it is up the hill a ways, the views are amazing. We sat on the terrace in the mornings and watched the hot air balloons rise over the fairy chimneys. The rooms are spacious and decorated in lovely Turkish fabrics. The water for the showers is HOT! Very nice after a long day of climbing around the caves & fairy chimneys. The owners are delightful, speaking excellent English and serving a delicious breakfast each morning (be sure to order the omelet. Yum!) We look forward to our next visit.

Room Tip: Room 1 is actually 2 rooms, with 2 bathrooms. It is nearest to the main gate, and requires the fewest number of stairs to climb. Room 5 has a great little sitting nook with lovely Turkish pillows. It is right next to the breakfast room, at the top of the hotel (great views, more stairs).
