My friends and I had 48 hours in Cappadocia and wanted to fit as much in as we could in this short time. While we hadn't had the time to plan our time in advance, we booked a hot air balloon ride, day tour and whirling dervishes ceremony less than 24 hours in advance of arriving - even with our short notice, the staff ensured our reservations were taken care of. Upon arriving we were greeted by the wonder Hasan Kabalci - he patiently (and humorously) answered each of our questions and recommended additional not to miss experiences. When we were unsure how we'd manage to get to and from the Open Air Museum with our tight schedule he graciously offered to have transportation arranged so we wouldn't miss our day tour.

Later that same evening, as we missed our scheduled shuttle to the Whirling Dervish ceremony, he took care of re-booking us to a later show and when he learned the shuttle was unavailable he promised to take care of making arrangements to get us there. Well, as a man of his word, when a driver couldn't be found he drove us there himself, waited while we enjoyed the ceremony and drove us back.

I have to say, Hasan, if you're reading this - you made our stay - THANK YOU for your generosity and your hospitality...and for the endless supply of jokes and apple tea :-)

I highly recommend staying at Sultan Cave Suites, you'll always be welcomed as a true guest and they will ensure you have an enjoyable time. Also, have the lamb shank at the restaurant - delish!

Room Tip: 301 was GIANT - loved it - what a view :-)

The cave room and the view of Goreme town from the balcony is mesmerizing. The friendly staff, very good food and excellent location are their plus points..not to forget the hot air balloon ride. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the day tours were too good

We loved our room in a cave and the balcony with the stunning view over Goreme. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, and our 3 breakfasts were simply the best. The friendly staff were helpful and accommodating with nothing being too much trouble. We will never forget our balloon ride over the city on our first morning and then waking up to the sound of ballons hovering in front of our balcony on the mornings that followed. Highly recommended for anyone exploring Cappadocia.

The rooms and view are beautiful and the staff goes above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip memorable, including making reservations, giving suggestions for day-trips, and even acting as guides ( and Turkish language instructors)! Memet, Hassan, and Mustafa treated us like family! Breakfast hit the spot every morning, and the on-site restaurant is delicious, too!

Room Tip: Room 311 is fabulous!

We loved our stay here! The staff was amazing and the cave suite was really neat.
We arranged airport transfer from the hotel and were picked up from the airport on time. When we arrived at the hotel we met Mustafa. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a ballon tour through him for the next day and it worked out perfectly.
The restaurant at the hotel was good. The breakfast was great, we ate ours on the terrace and enjoyed the views.
The room was clean and well designed. We loved sleeping in a cave. It was quiet and cozy. The heated towel rack was a nice touch.
Our overall experience here was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
