“nice ambiance”
Reviewed 15 September 2013

We enjoyed great view and ambiance of the restaurant. However, the food was not beyond my expectation considering the price. The sweets we had with cotton candy with ice cream was actually good.

“Simply Wonderful”
Reviewed 16 June 2013

If you are looking for a truly special restaurant in Cappadocia, and you want the unquestionable best customer service, make sure you eat at Lil'a Restaurant.
We visited it for dinner on Sunday night, and it was almost full, so I encourage to book in advance (you'll be glad you did).
From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent and very personal, we had Buket taking care of us and making sure we had everything we asked for and going into detail about every course and the wine, in a professional manner and very good English.
Fabulous food, creative, and well cooked, atmosphere very relaxed as well as romantic. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

“not cheap but very good”
Reviewed 24 May 2013

service a little bit funny.. price is not local but suits boutique level. Recommended local white wine was surprising very good as well as lamb dishes are remarkable. I maybe miss a little bit local warmth and hospitality in this place, which feels almost snobish for Turkey. Dont get me wrong - in Uchisar without reservation that was very good option for us arriving at night

“Exquisite!”
Reviewed 10 May 2013 via mobile

We had the pleasure of eating at Lil'a, the signature restaurant of Museum Hotel, and absolutely and without a doubt the best restaurant in Cappadocia: It has several chef's awards during the years, both in local and international gastronomy festivals.
We had dinner two times during our stay at Museum Hotel and the food and service went far beyond our expectations.
In our first dinner, Buket, the guess relation manager, suggested to try the Turkish ravioli and mushrooms with melted turkish cheese as starters, and that was magnificent, truly the best food we had during our holiday.
As a main dish, durdum (not sure about the correct name) for my wife and T-Bone steak for me, with roasted veggies and chips, and we had an excellent mature wine to go with the food (don't remember the name, but again rightly recommended by Buket). We couldn't ask for a better soiree.
Service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Ambiance is breathtaking, 10 out of 10. Top of my list to visit when next in Cappadocia. All in, an amazing place!

“Do you like tomatoes?”
Reviewed 6 May 2013

The Turks like to serve 'ezmet' which is a roasted tomato purée with bread as a 'mezze' or small first course. It is delicious. At Lil'a, this is also the case. However, it is also served with the flatbread 'quesadilla-style' appetizer and is also found on the main course's plate, with the kebabs. A little variety, perhaps? I know that this is called 'streching' the food, but with the prices charged for dinner, perhaps finding a few different condiments might be in order.

Dear valuable guest,

First of all, thank you very much for your valuable comments.

As the a'la carte Restaurant of Museum Hotel - One & Only Relais Chateaux member of Turkey, we try to be attentive on every valuable comments. We want to thank you again for your helpful feedbacks.

Turkish appetizer that is known as "Ezme" takes place just under the "Appetizers" title in our menu and is not presented with any kind of courses. We have just one appetizer that resembles "Ezme" but has considerable differences in terms of ingredients and taste. It is called as "Acili" which is made with red hot pepper and tomatoes. On the other hand, "Ezme" which is made of onion, garlic, tomatoes and pepper, is totally different from "Acılı". I think there is a misunderstanding at this point.

As a Restaurant that has one of the most important brand of the world such as Relais Chateaux, we always take our guest into consideration to taste all kind of traditional flavors. Lil'a Restaurant is for sure has important mission with the most wide scale menu in Cappadocia.

We hope to see you at Lil'a Restaurant again to serve the different flavors.
