We stayed for 3 nights in the Volcano Cave Suite, and the suite just blew our minds away. It was so beautiful and spacious, with a huge sitting area, a small dining area with a kitchenette, huge huge toilet, and a private secret door leading inside some unknown cave ! We never ventured into the secret cave, but I cannot over-state as to how much we enjoyed this wonderful hotel. Not only do they have free wi-fi in the rooms, but they also provide a laptop in every suite ! There is a large private patio to sit out on, or hang your clothes to dry (they do have washing machines too). Well stocked mini-bar, huge collection of wines at the reception area, books to read strewn all over the place, and a lavish breakfast spread which exceeds expectations.

The hotel staff are wonderful and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. Extremely helpful in arranging car rental or airport pickups and drops, or recommending restaurants and things to do. It is a bit of a walk to the main town of Urgup, but we had a car so it was no problem. The only thing that we did not use the hotel for was arranging a hot air balloon trip, as we got much better prices outside.

Would love to go back sometime, and would definitely stay here again. The place just added so much to our Cappadocia tour.

Room Tip: Ask the host Suha's advice in selecting a suitable suite; you won't go wrong.

We stayed in the Volcano Cave Suite and had a fabulous time. The owner and staff are always pleasant and accommodating and helped with our travel arrangements not only at their property but with plans in other locations. Our suite was the size of a small home, with a laptop in the the room for our use. All of the outlets had converters so charging any of your appliances was never an issue. They offer a complimentary breakfast on a lovely terrace overlooking all of Cappadocia. Easy walk to town. Fabulous winery right down the street. Highly recommend this resort.

This was the best hotel of our two week stay in Turkey. We stayed here for three nights and would have stayed longer if our itinerary had allowed. We stayed in the Twin Arches Suite, The staff was friendly and very helpful, the location was great, rooms beautiful and private, breakfast was great. They provided a computer in the room and lots of other nice amenities, including laundry machines.

The Esbelli Evi hotel has been painstakingly restored, beautifully decorated , and so unique that there is no other hotel experience like it. The attention to detail, and the antique family rugs and nearby exceptional restaurants make this a "must go to" hotel.

This was the highlight of our trip. The Esbelli Evi is one of those magical places where everyone should stay whenever they travel to Cappadocia. We had a beautiful suite, a bathroom bigger than most bedrooms and outstanding dual overhead showers. The suite had beautiful arched ceilings and exuded both charm and grace. A real gem.

The living room had a big screen television and a laptop with a high speed connection to the internet. Suha Ersoz, the owner, has thought of everything. He and his staff are warm, cordial and they are there to make your stay a delightfully memorable one.

The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and, in addition to the standard Turkish breakfast, one can also have an omelette. The assortment of fruits, yogurt, breads and cereals was excellent. a real feast.

You're greeted with a bottle of wine and pistachios in your room when you arrive. A nice way to unwind and relax on the patio of your room.

Everything is done with care and Suha will happily tell you about how he started this venture and show you around the facility. He has done a remarkable job and you can instantly see why he is so proud of Esbelli Evi.

They have excellent relations with the local restaurants and will help, however they can, make your stay perfect.

We didn't want to leave and would recommend staying here if you want to be surrounded by nice people, excellent guests and a host and staff who really care about you.

Simply the BEST.

Room Tip: Every room is great but try to get a suite.

We chose Esbelli Evi because of the great reviews on TripAdvisor, and it did not disappoint. We stayed in the Twin Arch Suite with our children. It comprised two rooms, 2 bathrooms plus a good sized kitchenette. Needless to say, very, very comfortable.
We travel a good deal, and have stayed in several 4 and 5 star hotels. However Esbelli Evi is special, because of several little touches, for which the owner, Suha deserves full credit for his generosity and thoughtfulness. I will try to list what I can remember - Full sized soaps in the bathrooms, books to read in the rooms, laptops in the rooms (the kids loved this), a well stocked kitchenette, a common pantry where we can help ourselves to hot beverages and packaged cakes (I sampled the green tea, hot chocolate and the brownies - absolutely divine), a living room with laptops and music to relax after a days sight seeing sipping turkish coffee, fresh orange juice at breakfast, freshly cut fruit, and basically the freshest breakfast we had on our entire trip. The cleanliness was impeccable. It was these details that, in my opinion, made Esbelli Evi a more personal special experience.
The location is excellent, a short walk into the town of Urgup.
We highly recommend visiting Cappadocia and staying at Esbelli Evi.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Esbelli Evi Labyrinth Suite. The owner and general manager of the hotel treated us like we were their only guests even though there were many other guests. We traveled with our one year old daughter and nanny so we definitely needed a place with enough room for the four of us without sacrificing privacy.

After we made our reservations Suha was extremely responsive to our questions about tours and activities and recommended an excellent guide (Deniz) . Our room was well appointed and clean and we felt at home. Our Nanny stayed at the hotel with the baby while we toured the area and she couldn't stop talking about Esbelli's friendly and thoughtful staff and management. (Would you like something to drink or eat?) She and the baby spent time on the terrace overlooking the village, walking around the garden and hanging out in the sitting room. At breakfast we had a variety of fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice, cereals, yogurt and cheeses . My husband and nanny were especially fond of the made to order omelets with feta .

We were sad to leave, the lady who prepares breakfast even came out to kiss the baby before we left.

We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to our friends.
Thank You Esbelli!
