We stayed at Blue valley cave hotel with my wife. It was an exceptional experience. The decoration of the rooms were very good. The design of the hotel is stunning. The hotel itself is build into caves. The staff was very friendly. All the rooms are designed by the owner of the hotel which we had a chance to meet. we will definetely go there again.

I couldn't wait to write this review, so I'm writing it as I'm eating their amazing breakfast. This place is best summed up by saying amazing. From the rooms, scenery, hospitality and feel, everything is wonderful. I am coming back to urgup, among other reasons, just to stay here again. I'm staying in one of the cave suites with a private terrace and I'm a picky person when it comes to hotels and comfort, but I'm frankly outright impressed. And their hospitality, is delightful, and I'm not just saying that because I'm from New York City. It's such a classy homely feel.

Room Tip: Pick the cave suites

We stayed in another cave hotel in this small village. One evening we went walkabout in the village. We happened on the Blue Valley Hotel. We decided to have a look inside the entrance area - it was very well hidden from outside. We were set upon by two of the friendliest people we met in Turkey. They 'dragged' us into the hotel and showed us into one of the most incredible rooms we have seen. They then gave us a conducted tour of the hotel. We were so impressed we decided to sit in the reception area and order a beer. This was delivered instantly and followed by a conversation about the history of the hotel with the lady architect who had done much of the design work. When it was time to leave we tried to pay for the beer - but the manager refused to accept any payment. He simply said 'we are Turkish'. Now, that;s the way to treat tourists. Well done The Blue Valley. Wish we had stayed there. Maybe next time.

Room Tip: Ask for the one with the huge bath in the room!!!!
