We were part of a tour group and after a long day out touring sites this was an unwelcome hotel. Unfortunately we arrived when a number of other tourist buses arrived and so there was a very long line to be served. The rooms were dated, old and musty. The bed was so firm we had to check that we weren't sleeping on a pallet of bricks.
We had dinner with a number of other tour operators and the food was below average, given that all the other places were outstanding. There wasn't many non-alcoholic drinks and for those that like a drink or two in the afternoon, you pay grange prices for vinegar, alcohol was terrible and expensive. Perhaps the most disappointing feature of this hotel was that it was the furthemost in Pamukkale and we drove past so many nice hotels on the way.
You had to pay of the WIFI that didn't work and they didn't refund you.
Overall, very disappointing hotel especially considering the beauty of Pamukkale.More
