“Very basic”
Reviewed 7 April 2014

Friendly staff however very basic hotel and not very clean. My friend and I had a stomach bug and unfortunately there was no one on the front desk to assist us with even getting water for over 12 hours. This put a dampener on our whole experience; I wish someone had been around to help out. Breakfast was good.

I arrived in Pamukkale feeling I'll from heat stroke a few days earlier and the owners quickly drove me to the local doctor, I only had to pay $10 for 3 different meds. The hotel was better than expected and the breakfast was spot on. This is a very experienced family focused on pleasing their guests and I'm sure we'll be staying there again if we are in Pamukkale again.

Basically decorated,low-priced,suitable for backpackers. We didn't notice the swimming pool for the days were crazy cold,we did notice the balcony which facing the Pumuk( cotton in Turkish)...
The big shortage is the location, which is almost outside the town and quite far to the gate of the national park. And the roads are so familiar and people got lost every time...

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and perfectly located. Amazing pool and fantastic breakfast. We got there with not so many expectations given the price. We were very positively surprised by the excellent service of the hotel, cheaper than an hostel in Istanbul

The hotel owner is really the best! He and his family are running the hotel and you can feel they love to do it. On everything we asked they helped us directly! the swimming pool is very nice on hot days like those we where staying there. i would recommend especially backpackers for this hotel because they can give loads of good information about the region.

We arrived very early in the morning and the manager very kindly let us use a temporary room until ours was ready. Rooms and bathrooms are pretty basic but clean. Wifi was very dodgy and didn't work at all for about half of our short stay. Breakfast was standard Turkish fare, tomatoes, cheese, olives, cucumbers, omelet and bread but no fruit or cereal. Hotel is one of the furthest away from the travantine pools of those in the town itself but its still an easy walk to the sights. Manager gave us a ride to the bus station in his car even though he was pretty busy at the time.

I have been in this hotel a week ago but I have had a very good experience. The hotel is located walking distance to the city center. The room we have got was very clean, of a large size as well as the toilet, and had nice furniture. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel is provided with a very nice swimming pool (water coming from the mountain). The breakfast is included in the price, which surprised me as we got a cheap deal. Breakfast was served downstairs near the pool and was of really good quality, including local produces such as olives, cheese, tomatoes, all we have eaten was very tasty and very good. The hotel is managed by a local family and the young receptionist (I can't remember his name) speak a very good English, which is not common in Turkey and he recommended us several interesting villages to visit, including all the needed information on how to get to the different places. He also introduced us to a local farmer (we wanted to buy local olives and oil) who brought us in his village and house and showed his farm and offered tea and yoghurt. The receptionist was really very helpful and made our stay very satisfying. Pamukkale is a great place to stay and to relax, I wish I have stayed for more than one day only (but we had a tight schedule). strongly recommended.

Room Tip: n/a. rooms on the ground floor are better if you do have many heavy luggage
