Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, modern and well appointed large rooms. Delicious breakfast, clean and well maintained swimming. Great views and wonderful service.....would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Pamukkale - just a 4-5min walk from the bus station and about 7min to the springs.

We were there for only a night as we had an early morning pick up to the airport back to Istanbul. Hotel was only about 1% occupied only us and about three other rooms. A bit spooky at night and only a lady reception who was working alone. But she is nice though as she prepared us a packed sandwich around midnight and left it at the reception for us to pick up in the morning.

Tourism is suffering very badly in Pamukkale and this hotel appeared to have only one other room occupied. However it was extraordinarily good value. We had a double room ensuite, but small. There was wi-fi, television and air conditioning. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast was adequate but as the whole stay cost £34 for two people I would rate the hotel as outstandingly good value.

The main reason I gave this hotel 4 instead of 3 stars is because of the kind owner. He gave the place a warm, family-owned vibe. He even made me a breakfast sandwich when I had to leave at 5 am. The stay itself was average, but he made it much nicer. Definitely not a fancy hotel.

Ayapam is a decent, home-like hotel. The owner Mr Mustafa and his team makes all the difference by being available all the time and responding to our needs even when we were not aware o our needs. While going for a walk to the traverten lagoons he gave us his back pack including towels and bottles of ice cold water, we did neither ask for nor imagined that we needed.
The location is very good to walk to everything in Pamukkale.
Nice swimming pool for cooling when it is hot.
