“Very nice stay”
Reviewed 23 July 2014

The couple who owns the place is very nice and makes everything to make you comfortable. The room is spacious and seems recently renovated. All is simple but very clean and functional.
The dinner was a story to tell, the owner cooks by your request and we tried her special, really delicious turkish faire.
It is very close to Pamukkale south entrance. Really worthy.

From the minute you walk into Sinter Terrace you know you will be well looked after. Both Sami and her husband make sure all their guests feel welcome and have the information they need. On her recommendation we spent most of one day in Aphrodisias ( which we hadn't planned for) and then went up to the terraces about 5.30 - 6pm when all the tourist buses had left. This was excellent advice as we were there for a glorious sunset and had pools to ourselves. The meals area at the hotel is a cool haven from the heat and serves delicious food cooked by Sami herself.

When you arrive at the Sinter terrace you feel slightly underwhelmed given all the rave reviews. However, this is most certainly a fab place to stay! The hosts are amazing and really will do anything to help you out. The quad room was not available but they quickly organised a mattress on the floor for our youngest. And the food was exceptional. A must is the house dish which comes in a saucepan - amazing. No. 1 rating well deserved.

This is the most cozy accommodation in Turkey!

We found the hotel quite late at night, Sami, the host, was still nice and patient to help us. His smile is so sweet and warm. Every detail of the hotel reflects how hard and attentively he works. Rooms are big, bathroom is big as well!!! Beds are comfortable, with handy plugs and lights. Though hairdryer not very working, but Sami's wife helped us immediately with a much better hairdryer. She speaks good English which helps communication. Sami is very helpful, though he might not understand every word I said, he tried very hard to communicate via Google translate. He is super nice!!

The breakfast is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to have it everyday in the UK too!!!!

The garden, the terrace, everything is perfect!!! Highly highly highly recommended!

Having stayed in a variety of accommodation across Turkey I found Sinter Terasse Hotel to be a shining example of how a B and B style place should be run and presented. The rooms are perfect at first glace and have an attention to detail that is more than Turkish. Not so surprising to find that the owners have a background in hotels prior to having their own place. Even the boys and an older lady (who appears to live across the road) are very friendly and helpful, teaching me Turkish words in a fun way. Wifi was fast depending on where you are and breakfast in the garden wonderful and tasty.

They were helpful with local information and more than happy to spend as much time with their guests in a genuine friendly way. Staying more than one day is recommended just for th accomm experience and a perfect way to wrap a casual wandering of the lime terraces AND the under rated ruins, including the well presented amphitheater all of which is located on the hill above the lime terraces.

There are plenty of places to eat in town with better quality appearing to be behind the main street ... and a beer and Gozlem on the grass looking at the terraces under lights at night well worth the sit.

Room Tip: I viewed a number of different rooms to get some photographs and found all three viewed to be first...

We stayed at Sinter Terasse for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hospitality, great food and facilities of this hotel-pension. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The warmth and friendliness of the owners is unparalleled. Home cooked meals were a great treat to get on a two week long trip, and the owners even cooked for us upon our late arrival. I highly recommend this place and wish them success! Would definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this pension. It is only about a ten minute walk to the main entrance to the wonderful calcite terraces which has attracted tourists since well before Roman times.

Our room was relatively inexpensive but attractively fitted out and our only complaint was that the mixer tap in the shower had a mind of its own!

There is a lovely shady garden where you can relax or have your breakfast or evening meal instead of eating indoors.

Sami and his wife Senay who run the pension are lovely people and Senay's cooking is excellent!

The Sinter Terasse Hotel offers excellent value and I recommend that you have at least one evening meal there rather than searching further afield for a restaurant because the food is excellent and inexpensive.
