This is hotel offers everything either a tour traveller or holiday maker would want.

Public areas are spacious, the food is good, everything is well managed, EVEN EFFICIENT and clean - including the spa facilities and thermal pool. It all works.

The usual Turkish shortfalls remain with towels without 'body', pillows without 'fluff', bathrooms without plugs and showers which require care to get in and out of over the bath side. But this is Turkey! So hey!

It was a pleasure to stay here.

The rooms were terrible ! It looks like you are staying in a hotel from 70s . The beds were the worst we have ever had! Bathroom was dirty and terrible to go in and out. The only good thing about this hotel it's the spa facilities and the buffet were the food was ok.

Room adequate for one night,we were in the furthest block from the main building and as it was raining got wet going to eat. Enjoyed the food, both evening meal and breakfast. The hotel is remote so you are captive, but people on tour said the spa facilities were good.

We stayed at this hotel in early February as part of an RSD tour. Our room was extremely cramped - we could not use the chairs in there because they were literally tucked under one of the beds. The bathroom was so tiny that only one of us could be in there at a time. The bathroom door, in the main, was stripped of its veneer. We became quite excited on seeing a patio door in the room, only to find it led out onto a concrete block on which stood an air conditioning unit and a view overlooking a smashed glass conservatory roof! The window in the room was blocked off, so we could absolutely nothing from either the window or the door. The final straw were the tea making facilities - tea, coffee, cups but no kettle.

We tried to complain to the Tour Manager who had done his usual disappearing act, so complained to the Hotel Manager, who offered us an even worse room in the attic with sloping ceilings. As my husband is 6'4", and could not stand up in there, this was unacceptable, so in the end settled for a half bottle of complimentary wine with our meal.

I think it was the luck of the drawer as to who was given a decent room, but unfortunately, we nearly always seem to get the poor ones.

Room Tip: Do not accept room 101.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our RSD tour,The hotel is fine enough and I believe the spa facilities were good but we did not use them.
Our room really was only average, the shower was over the bath and getting in and out was very difficult and I,m fit!! it would be totally unsuitable for a less agile person. the balcony was miniscule with just enough room for 1 chair.
The evening meal was the same as all the others on the tour ok but nothing special breakfast was poor. Drinks were very expensive The hotel is miles from anywhere so you,re a bit trapped but for 1 night its adequate.

Stayed one night as part of RSD Tour. Beautiful hotel in gorgeous location. Hot spar wonderful, both in door and outside. We were there in February and it was wonderful sitting in the hot spar under the stars. Robes were even supplied. Food was excellent altho' the drinks were a little on the expenses side but the lounge area was great with a large open fire and live music (a duo on piano and violin). Rooms were spacious with quality fittings and fixtures. No kettle though but that seems usual in all hotels we stayed in.

Like others stayed at this hotel as part of RSD tour. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot spa pools (indoor pools leading to outdoor pool) and used other cooler indoor pool also, a nice relaxing experience. Restaurant food is good but drinks are very expensive. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere so have to stay in hotel complex.
Pamukkale is an amazing experience if you go right to the top- highly recommended.

Room Tip: We had a large triple room.
