It’s a very big campus with too many rooms. The only plus side is their pool.

They do have Thermal pool for which everyone goes to pamukkale but I have little doubts about the hot water source.

It’s ok kind of experience.

This hotel seems great at first. Large garden, pool, good decoration, plam trees etc.. The problem, Internet connection was very bad. Actually it was impossible to connect wifi from rooms. Food was average, for 5 star hotel it should be better. The staff is frendly and helpful...

Room Tip: good for families

Family room is very dated and well worn, and spartan with one tiny round movable table and 2 chairs and basically nothing else. Toilet is small and similarly well worn.

Only given one keycard for a room of 4. Refused to provide one more which i find ridiculous. Forces the family to coordinate our locations.

Saving grace is the spa and thermal pool. Overall will never recommend this “5star” hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a night when in Pamukkale.

Hotel located around lush greenery.

Room was ok with all amenities well stock.

The restaurant serve plenty of food during dinner and breakfast and we like it so much.

Only problem we face was we can't get the door open for both of our rooms. It looks like the locking system having trouble. We have to call the technicians for help.

Think other room also having same problem, when other guest start to force open their room door......

Aside from that,it's comfortable stay for us.

We spent the night at this hotel on a recent visit to Turkey. This hotel has so much potential with the nearby ruins of the Roman city of Herapolis and their own thermal pool. However it was disappointing. Firstly, there was no soap in the room, only one robe for wearing to the thermal pool and the regulator on the shower to allow water out of either the shower or the tap didn’t work. No bottled water was provided in the rooms, the first time that has happened to us in six hotels in Turkey. hotel is dated and needs a makeover. However the food was good and the staff responded quickly when we rang about the soap, the robe and to unlock the safe which had jammed. The safe was no fault of the hotel.
