We came from Canada and stayed for four nights. It’s a very quiet and operated by a family. They made our stay very special and memoriable. They have delicious food that is reasonably priced and they were very helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They also provided free shuttle service to the South Gate of Pamukkale. You have to visit Osman’s place by the South Gate of Pamukkale. You will see a sign saying “gozleme and Ayran , 7 TL”. It is the best gozleme you will have and it is very cheap compared to the food provided in the Pamukkale travertine grounds.

I have been on a world travel tour for a couple of months now and have stayed in numerous hotels/hostels/airbnb etc. during this trip. This hotel and the staff that run the hotel have exceeded all my expectations and have gone above and beyond in every way. When we first checked in I mistakenly booked the room for the wrong month(2 cancelled flights and 36hours or travel will do that to you haha). The gentleman at the front counter shuffled some things around and got us a room anyways that was as good as the one we had booked. They showed us all the possible options and let us make the decision on what room we wanted and served us tea instantly. Having been flustered with our airline delays it was great how warming and welcome everyone was and we instantly felt relaxed. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly every day including moping the entire outside area and pool area daily. The hotel runs like a well oiled machine with every employee doing any job that is necessary to make the hotel run smooth and the guests feel welcome an taken care of. Mehmet the manager is an awesome guy whom we got to spend almost every night with drinking tea, coffee, beer and chatting about life and the world around us. They provided us with a free shuttle to the Pamukkale travertine hot springs, which are only a 15 minute walk away) every day. The hotel pool is immaculately clean and available to jump in whenever we wanted to get some tanning and swimming done. The hotel restaurant has the best food in town as well...we checked around and went to 3 other places but found ourselves always coming back to the hotel restaurant for a second dinner since the other places in town did not satisfy us enough. The restaurant goest to the bazaar and picks out ONLY ORGANIC fruits and vegetables and serves it fresh in the restaurant. We even got to the there for one of these bazaar food trips. One of my favorite parts of this hotel was hanging out with the head chef, Osman, who is a truly kind soul. We spend 2 nights drinking beer and tea with him and doing our best to communicate with each other despite the language barrier. That time spent speaking with Osman has truly been a memorable experience that we will be talking to our friends and our kids about in the future. Overall this hotel is AMAZING and I recommend anyone planning a trip to Pamukkale to book their visit with these wholesome, family oriented great people,

Room Tip: There are 2 options: The modern Venus Suites and the authentic Venus Hotel.

I stayed here along with a friend for 2 nights. The first night was very uncomfortable because of the pillows but that was sorted in the morning .
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
The staff was friendly. We had 2 dinners here and found set menus lacking though other dishes were good.

The breakfast buffet was just amazing! Great variety, homemade stuff and incredible taste. There's even a staff member making gözleme right there which are yummy! Would definitely recommend this place! Ah, good thing was that they let us check in 6 hours before the recommended time as we had taken an overnight bus and we got there at 6 in the morning! Good service too!

our 1-night stay here was an enjoyable experience. Despite the 5-sleeper room being terribly small, the room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was superb . The hotel is located in a quite rural area so just be aware that there is not much to do nearby. We went on a tour to Hierapolis and the travertines the next day, I definitely recommend this trip when staying here.
