We stayed just the one night, but had two wonderful meals, going back the second evening to eat there again - have the fish! The owner took us to the top of the Hieropolis site, saving a long walk up. He also sorted out the bus back to Istanbul and took us up to the shuttle point. The room - the whole place - was spotless - and we had views over the mountains from our own terrace. Cannot fault the facilities. We did not have the chance to try the pool - not that sort of stay - but it looked very inviting. If you are visiting Pamukkale, you couldn't go wrong here. The shuttle bus from Denizli, if you are travelling bu bus, will drop you at the end of the road. Turkey is renowned for hospitality: this hotel is at the top.

Stayed at Melrose House Hotel in July for 1 night. Very friendly and helpful, lovely food, nice pool, good room, what else do you need for a perfect stay? We highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Pamukkale.

Going to Pamukkale is a definite stop when in Turkey. It is even worth it to sleep there one night or two, especially if you stay at Melrose Hotel. They staff is great! Memhet, his wife and nephew were very helpful, laidback and made sure our stay was a good one! After a day in the sun, I enjoyed the pool and mostly, the meal at their restaurant. Homemade, authentic, delicious! It was the highlight of our stay there. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay another night! (A little tip, reserve in advance!)

All in all, it was a great exprience. The room was great, clean and we had a newly renovated bathroom.... a luxury in Turkey!

Thanks you to the staff! I recommend this hotel to everyone: couples, families, friends, etc!

A family-run hotel. Nothing fancy but the location is great, about 15 mins walk to the Travertines. The food is absolutely delicious and the hospitality is A++ They didn't even ask for our credit card number during reservation or check-in, with the intentions of mutual trust. My wife and I stayed for a night after a long bus trip from Istanbul and spent the next day exploring the Travertines and Hierapolis (try to catch the sunrise!). When we were leaving, Mehmet, the owner helped us arrange for a dolmuş (minivan) and made sure our bus tickets (to Cappadocia!) were in order. Very friendly and charming hotel!

This was the cheapest of a whole lot of pre booked accomodation and we were really encouraged by TA. We were delighted by the hotel, the hosts, the pool and the food.
Do not eat elsewhere.
One of our party eats gluten free, her needs were cheerfully and well accomodated.
Host gave excellent advice on when to go where.
We wish we had planned more than the one night just to rest in such a delightful spot.
Tea and coffee making in in room and a little balcony..
