It was, without a doubt, the lowest point of my trip to turkey!
We took the night bus to pamukkale. When we got there we were let into this hotel, at 4:30 am, and were told we could stay in the lobby for the rest of the night. The problem is that they will make you feel super uncomfortable and will not leave you alone until you buy something - so we ended up buying our bus tickets to get to selçuk that afternoon from them, for 25TL.
When we got back in the afternoon to take the bus, we started to realised that we had been played and there was no bus for us!
All of this was happening while other people got into their minibuses (please note no direct buses leave from pamukkale, unlike what they tell you)... It was really stressful because they wouldn't explain what was happening, we started noticing they were trying to split us (2girls) from a couple that was also going to selçuk, and they will only speak english every now and then, when is convenient to them, while pushing people into mini uses and shouting to each other in turkish.
In the end, they told us we would have to take the train, so they took us to the train station which is in the middle of nowhere. They replaced our tickets by train ones. These tickets cost 10.5TL, and of course we didn't get any money back.
They also lied about the train times so in the end we wasted 1.5hours of our time!
These people are really rude and have no respect what so ever for tourists. It is a shame.

Great little place for a great price! Easy and accommodated us and all our needs. The environment was friendly and they helped us get to the travertine and helped us book a paragliding session for my husband. They were very friendly and we would recommend to others.

Located in the centre of this small town. The staff were very helpful and did their best to make my stay comfortable.
The breakfast was really good and generous Turkish style breakfast. The only down side was that the Internet connection was poor and no one could connect. Other than that, it was a good place to stay in Pammukale.

We didn't stay there for a night, but we were fortunate enough to obtain helpfor from the staff for a reservation problem not related to the hotel. Very kind and helpful manager and staff. The pool seems really nice!

Pamukkale is a very small town so that you don’t have to worry about finding this hostel. It is just next to the bus station and every bus comes from Denizli will be arrived in front of this hostel. The hotel seems quite old but all facilities work well. The breakfast is included and you may have a meal in the hotel restaurant. The meal was just 10 tukish lyla and not bad. Also, there was a swimming pool at the center of the hotel so you can have a pleasant time at this hotel.

p,s/ if hot water doesn't come out from faucet in spite of turning a hot valve, then turn on a cold valve. my room's valve was reversed
