The best thing about the rooms is the view. Smelly, stale, dated rooms like stepping back in time. Rude and unattentive staff and aggressive security staff. Not the place to stay for the average tourist. Izmir itself is a seedy city with not much to do. Go and stay elsewhere don't waste your money. I give it 2 stars... At a push

This hotel is in the centre of the city and a stroll around will satisfy the most demanding tourist. The reception, the lifts and the rooms were perfectly clean and perfumed. The check in and check out procedures were a bit too long, but professional without problems. The breakfast was excellent, extremely rich and varied: I strongly advise to try the sweets, they are delicious! Finally, the view from the room I was given was really amazing, encompassing part of the city and the sea.

Now this is definitely a 5 star hotel. Our group stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was immaculate and spacious. We were given a room with a wonderful view of the Aegean. I found the beds at all the Hilton hotels we stayed at to be very comfortable. Great location, close to banks, restaurants, shopping; and the beautiful promenade.

The food was good in both dining rooms. Dinner is served in the beautiful dining room on the 31st floor with its stunning view of Izmir Bay. The Level 9 dining room with outdoor seating also has stunning views of Izmir Bay. Breakfast is served in this dining room. Service is friendly and professional in the main areas and fast and efficient in the dining areas. This hotel comes highly recommended.
