In hotel works very polite personnel. Every day was good breakfast. Our room was carefully cleaned every day. Good location in the city centre, many stores nearby. Only drawback - personnel didn't know english well.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly, our room (standard double) although not very big, was clean and very comfortable. The location is great, very close to Basmane and walking distance from the seaside. Breakfast was excellent. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: try to get a room at the back of the hotel to avoid traffic noise.

This hotel is located near Basmane, so not the best neighbourhood - quite a lot of "streetworkers" on the street outside. Not many places to eat or safe plaves to go at night. Having said that it's very well located for daytime activities and very close to the kemeralti bazaar.

The rooms were very clean and cleaned and fresh towels each day.

The rooms are nicely decorated, but the bathroom we had was ridiculously small. So small that an average sized person is unable to sit on the toilet witout feeling wedged between the wall and the shower. The shower cubicle was also tiny meaning that when you use it the whole floor ends up awash with water. The water pressure was good however. We did see some other rooms with larger bathrooms, but although they were larger than ours, they would still be very much on the small side. On night one we arrived late so didn't ask to change, but the next morning we asked to move and were told there were no rooms, the hotel was fully booked, yet on our floor there were 6 rooms cleaned and left open and remained that way until we checked out???!!!

Also on the first night the guests next door arrived back at 1am and put on the tv - it honestly seemed like they were in our room! We had to ring reception and ask them to keep it down but even with the volume down it was still very loud.

Breakfast was a very average Turkish breakfast (boiled eggs, olives, cold meats, cheese, bread, jam and honey, tomato, cay). It was fine but nothing to write home about.

We got this hotel for €55 per double room, per night, b&b. For this price the hotel was perfectly adequate, but based on past experience the mini hotel is much better value, in a safer location, and on a quieter street.

Located in the center, but not the best place in izmir. The room look like newly decorated, bed very good, but isolation was not good enough. The voice of neighbours easyly can be heard. Breakfast was ok, staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for a nite before taking the flight back to Istanbul. Overall it is very good hotel with fast and courteous reception. They arranged for our car parking hich is good. We were surprised that this small hotel located along busy road offer such generous dessert for both of us..cakes, chocolate mouse and Turkish tea. Room was a little bit small but neat with flat screen TV (English channel avail). Haven't tried their breakfast though. Food for dinner are also easily available across the hotel. Would recommend other travelers to stay too.
