This place has terrible reviews on booking.com and if I'd booked through that website I'd be giving a bad review too, as the price there is almost double what we paid.
HOWEVER, we booked at the hotel reception and after very little negotiating with the helpful friendly staff we got a room for 100 TL a night and it was definitely worth that price. It's bang in the centre of town - you basically leave the hotel and you're in Kemeraltı bazaar. We had a room away from the road and slept peacefully.
The room was pretty small, but clean and comfortable enough (the bedding and towels were as clean as at home). There were a few small bottles of free water in the fridge, a kettle with a little tea and coffee, cable TV, pretty good WI-FI, some toiletries and nice towels in the bathroom. What more could you want for 100 TL a night? Breakfast? Well breakfast was included too, not the best Turkish breakfast but good enough -with tea, instant coffee, juice, cheeses, bread, a little salad, cereal and biscuits; enough to keep you going for a couple of hours.
We'd stay there again. The people who work there are really friendly and helpful, which was nice.
