Description: It was founded in 1907 on oven kebab and still operates with 2 branches. It is a traditional Konya dish that has been prepared at 11 o'clock, which is cooked at 4 o'clock at night, made from the forearm neck and ribs of a lamb that has not passed the age of 1 years. Low fat, oil free and oily options are available on request. We definitely recommend you come to Konya when you fall in love.

I visit this place every time I go to Konya. If you trust the chef and follow his recommendation you will have the best meal you have ever tasted. Their sheep come from a special zone thus lamb becomes really yummy. Follow the local people and enjoy it with your fingers.

“Excellent 'firin kebabi'”

Must try 'bamya corbasi', 'firin kebabi'. We were in their branch in Meram where the restaurant is brand new.

“Tasty but pricy”

It is a specialty restaurant where only one meal is served (tandır). It is delicious service is fine but prices are high.

“Masterpiece of Konya cuisine”

This restaurant is an outstanding example oftraditional Konya cuisine. In fact, the main and only option in the menu is "furun kebap". They are open and serve at lunch time. They cook the lamb meat in stone oven for almost 8-10 hours. The result is a masterpiece. They serve onion as a side dish and ayran (stirred yogurt) as a beverage as chef's special. No alcoholic drinks.
