This is a stunning hotel that is definitely worth staying at.

I stayed here as part of a tour group in late April 2014. There were very few guests and beautiful weather at this time of year made it a very pleasant experience. All rooms overlook the marina and are away from the moderately quiet road, and can have some noise from boat repairs nearby, but the noise didn't start early and it finished in the evening, and I was out during the day so it didn't concern me. The hotel is located just beyond what the locals describe as the 'boat hospital' where boat repairs are undertaken. It is fascinating to watch the preparations of the boats for the tourist high season.

The hotel checkin process was smooth, the room was very large and extremely comfortable. It included an air conditioner, toiletries, linen, desk, chair, lounge chair, TV, reliable WIFI, etc.

There were many hotel staff available to assist (and certainly had a very high ratio of staff:guest) and they were friendly and attentive.
The hotel restaurant serves quality and delicious food for dinner and breakfast (I didn't have lunch) and is a worthy alternative to food in the town if you wish.

The pool area is clean and beautiful, and has a poolside bar.
There is a hamam available with massage, though this does cost a bit.

The location is about 20min walk from the heart of the town, but just hail the orange dolmus van that travels past the door and for 2TL per trip it is a very affordable way of travel to and from the town. We arrived with a coach driver so I don't know if the local taxi drivers are as aware of this hotel as it is a little out of town, compared with other hotels.

Fethiye itself is charming and has many great places to visit. It is also a hub for sailing and also nearby to Oludeniz for paragliding and a stunning beach. Fethiye also has a good post office.

I definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant visit.

The hotel is just outside of town which is either a nice 20 minute stroll or a 5 minute dolmus ride away. The dolmus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and the food was nice. The rooms were immaculate. The pool was quiet most mornings but on the afternoon local children came to play in the pool and it could get quite noisy. The boatyard is right next door but you can't see it from the pool area and hardly hear it. All in all had a loverly holiday here.

The hotel is just past the edge of town, in an area that is very quiet at night, it is between two transitional shipyards where you can see wooden boats being made in the daytime – we had no issue with noise from the shipyards. The bar is in a separate building by the pool and the hotel does not get the sort of guest that wish to have a “night life” – so gives a good night’s sleep.
(It is let down a bit at weekends due to the FezTravel tours using the hotel however they soon departed on their day trips giveing us back our nice hotel.)

Our room was very nice, we had nothing to complain about with the breakfasts and the few nights we ate in the hotel the food was very good, but as we like Turkish food we got the dolmus into town most nights. The hotels evening menu is very “western”.

The dolmus stops just outside the hotel and takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre of Fethiye, I don’t recall ever having to wait more than 10 minutes for a dolmus and they cost under £1 per person.

The views from the rooms on the higher level are very good, they were happy to move us to a high level room as soon as one become free.

If you are looking for a quality hotel with very good access to Fethiye in a quiet area, then the Marina Vista Fethiye is hard to beat, we are already talking about our next holiday there.

This boutique hotel is not in the heart of the town to its advantage and is only an easy pleasant 20 minute walk away. Staying here was very tranquil as it was secluded and not surrounded by other mainstream touristy things. We felt like we had escaped all hustle and bustle here. The food was good, the rooms were great and the staff were fabulous. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful - there was one particular waiter who had a great sense of humour and was lots of fun to have around - he definitely ensured we were looked after. We would really recommend it to anyone looking comfort and a little peace and quiet.

I had a lovely 1 night stay at the Marina Vista. The hotel and rooms are very clean and modern with all the amenities. Especially lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and nice terrace overlooking the harbor. Easily accessible by domus (2TL) to city center or a lovely walk along the harbor. Taxis are also readily available. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat
