Nice clean and comfortable hotel, directly in front of the water. Rooms are modern luxurous. Good turkish breakfast, lots of choice. Good restaurant and pool on rooftop terrace. Staff very helpful, speak good English. Didn't have the time to try the hotel Spa downstairs. Except a little street noise due to cars passing in the morning, nothing to complain! Excellent hotel!

Room Tip: If you like to sleep in, get a high floor room so you wont be bothered by the cars passing.

This was our second time spending a weekend in Fethiye, and I have to say this time and this hotel was the best! The location is perfect, right in the marina, so you can walk to nearby restaurants/bars. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails both nights on the rooftop and stayed one night for dinner. The pepper steaks were excellent, and grandpa liked his salmon! Ali was our favorite server and always remembered what drinks we liked. He was funny and quite attentive.

The sea views of the Fethiye Marina are spectacular!

Our room was comfortable and the shower was great too! Regarding the window in the shower, why wouldn't you want to be able to have a sea view while you take a shower? However, you can easily close the blinds if you want too. I've seen this design at several other hotels we've stayed at across Turkey.

I'd ignore some of the previous whiney reviews. We had a perfect weekend here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Fethiye!

Room Tip: Pay for a sea view room! We were in rooms 406 and 407 and loved our views!

We have stayed twice at this hotel. Yes there was a problem with the breakfast after the first week but rather than criticise on Trip Adviser we spoke to the management who soon rectified the situation and the excellent breakfast was resumed. The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent and we had a great stay of 12 nights. Some people just live to criticise but do not let the negative reviews put you off. This is an excellent hotel in a great location with extremely friendly staff and excellent food.

This is a lovely looking hotel. The beds are comfortable and the shower is more than fantastic. It looks brilliant - it was only re-done a year ago - but the small details let it down. We stayed for ten nights. At the beginning of our stay the breakfast was quite good, there was a good selection of Turkish breakfast and also things like muesli and a good selection of fruit.
Other beginning the breakfast staff were quite attentive - and I think they tried throughout the stay, but they were short-staffed - but by the end it was a bit like Faulty Towers! They were rushed off their feet (but still had time to text on their phones in the quiet of the kitchen!), they dropped things all the time, and the tables were only cleared for us if we asked. Even then we often didn't have napkins or clean tablecloths.
Our daily room maid was sweet and very friendly but every day we were missing either towels, bath mats, or shower gel. I'm not sure the room was ever swept either.
We eventually requested a bottom sheet as the top sheet is a duvet cover and is much too small for a double bed - every time my husband turned over he would take all the covers.
There are only three or four coat hangers and no real storage, so be warned!
But we did, overall, like the hotel - although we won't stay here again unless they improve...

Room Tip: Definitely ask for a sea view!

Brilliant location, nice rooms tastefully furnished, great showers, great views (from the sea front rooms) very friendly staff but all let down badly by the inattentive cleaning and laclustre breakfast. Our room was never vacuumed or swept, they often forgot to leave the the right towels. Breakfast was very sparse, the staff never prepared or cleaned the tables, the buffet (such as it was) was never replenished unless insistently requested, table cloths were always left dirty and stained. We are pretty laid back but it became increasingly frustrating as our stay (10 days) progressed, rather than improving it became worse and worse, everybody we spoke to had the same opinion... A real pity as we will be returning to this friendly and beautiful spot next year but we will definately not be returning to the Aresta.

Spacious room, modern design with classy touch, and with energy efficiency in mind.
Superb location - not only in the heart of Fethiye, but also just off busy street and you can enjoy a little bit of peace, a difficult find in Fethiye.

good breakfast at Roof top bar. It also often reasonable priced dinner (40 lira /pp). Great harbor view from there.

Booked here for 2 nights but extended out to 3 nights. Staff was very helpful when extending and also offered a discount. Nice and neat rooms, great breakfast and good location. Stayied here even though we spent every day in Oludeniz. Good value for money and even offered a complimentry room to shower after checking out and before we had to fly out.

Room Tip: Ocean facing rooms are a clearly better view.
