A hotel is only as good as the room you are provided with. This hotel has a great breakfast with lovely water views from the breakfast area. The common areas are smart and inviting.
Our room was noisy, with a pump going on and off outside the window. The traffic noise was loud. Walls seem inadequate to keep out corridor traffic noise. Reception was directly above our room and didn't we know it, especially on our first night.
There were two tiny bedside drawers and only five coat hangers provided, so we lived out of our suitcases. No water glasses, & a very small TV. Other than the soap, the toiletries were not up to standard.
No complimentary bottled water and instructions not to bring our own drinks in.
What a disappointment.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere (and I mean anywhere!), especially when taking the price into account. It is in a quiet location next to the Fethiye marina and from the terrace where breakfast and dinner are served there are beautiful views over the bay. There can be few better ways to start the day than having breakfast in the sunshine! We also had dinner on the terrace and enjoyed the meal - the Madras curry that I had was one of the best meals that I had in Turkey. Our room was modern and well equipped. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and there are changing facilities and a poolside bar. The staff were very pleasant and friendly in the nicest way and most of them spoke reasonable English. The hotel is well within walking distance of Fethiye's attractions and well away from the attractions of Olduniz.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. The views from the balcony made for a bright breezy immaculate room and hotel.

The restaurant on the roof is worth a visit and is not expensive. The hotel is at the quiet end of the marina.

Breakfast was magnificent on the rooftop with great views and a real quality start to the day.

Tip. If you want washing done there is a laundry just around the corner called Merat. If you look Down from the rooftop at breakfast would will see the sign below. 25 lire for a massive load washed and folded.

Staff were courteous efficient and professional. I would stay here again when we come back.

Tip. We did the 12 Islands tour on the Fulya 10 boat. This cost 75 lire each and was amazing value with swimming at immaculate beaches. Do this it is a must.

Pasa restaurant I'm town makes the best kebabs. (Pronounced Pasha)

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony. Most rooms have them. There is no fitness centre. Go for a walk to Kayyak...

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can really recommned it.

The breakfast is amazing on the roof terrace with views over the harbour. I recommend staying in a room with a balcony and harbour views, as our aircon did not work it was nice to leave the patio door open at night to allow a light breeze to come in! The have 3-ply toilet paper - I thought that was amazing! The hotel has a lovely pool side area as well. The hotel is situtaed on the outshirts of Fethiye so its nice and quiet but still close enough to walk everywhere!

Thank you for the stay!

Room Tip: Pick the rooms with a balcony and harbour views!

We stayed at this Hotel in our recent visit to Turkey. The Hotel is located along the water with amazing view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very forth coming and assuring. The hotel has very clean although compact rooms. The size of the room did not bother me as it was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast needs a special mention. Set up on their roof top restaurent, what a spread. From fresh made eggs to fresh OJ. I won't even mentioned other buffet items.
I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view if possible. If not you can still enjoy the view from their Restaurent. M...

Unfortunately I have to agree with Swssms1's review. The walls are paper thin here and we were kept awake each night by people talking, next door's television, kids crying or people walking across the roottop resatuarant. The beds/pillows were also very uncomfortable. There were no drawers in our rooms and we had six hangers between us, so had to live out of our suitcases.

However there are some upsides - it's in a great spot, for walking in to town. The rooftop restaurant has lovely views. But most importantly you can use the facilities of the Yacht Classic which is just a few minutes away. This is a different class hotel which I would highly recommend.

Good location and friendly staff - very helpful, especially in the roof top restaurant. Breakfast there is delightful looking over the harbor. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we liked there being a kettle. The shower was excellent and hot water plentiful.
Only the inconsistent room maintenance makes this less than perfect: details like no shower cap nor water glasses, the tap for the basin was loose while there is the usual problem of little storage space for wash bags etc.
But overall we have no hesitation in recommending the Yacht Boutique Hotel!

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view
