This was our first visit to the Oykun and I am sat here in reception waiting to go home but really wanting to stay. The hotel is brilliantly placed and you walk into Callis beach in less than 5 minutes, so close yet the hotel is lovely and quiet. The staff are second to none, especially Goldie on reception. The Turkish bath and massages we have had were certainly the best I have had and very reasonably priced. A good range of food for breakfast and if you eat in at night they have a good menu and it is reasonably priced. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept and all the staff treat you as friends.
If you come you should go for a meal at the Sat club, a wonderful venue and super food.
We will be back in the future to this lovely hotel.

Room Tip: We had a room with a balcony (2201) and it was super.

Visited for 1 week 28 April-5 May 2014. This hotel has very friendly staff. So much so that they all gave us a hug when we left! Our room was clean and tidy although a little tired in the bathroom where the doorframe was peeling a little from the shower, but otherwise ok. We only had a garden view (we could see the sea in the distance!) which didn't bother us as we had the sun in the afternoon/evening where we could sit on the small balcony and enjoy a cuppa & chat.
We did notice a "generator" type noise that rumbled on till around 1am but wasn't overly bothersome. I didn't like the sheets or towels as they were quite hard - not like at home but that's part of the 'travel' experience and could be endured for a week.
The pool area was very welcoming so it was lovely to enjoy breakfast outside and I am sure dinner in the height of the season would be too. We struggled to find a lounger one day, but one of the staff were only too happy to get more for us.
We enjoyed a traditional Hamam massage whilst at the hotel, quite thorough and good value for money.
We were recommended a restaurant Kings Garden (please see separate review).

A nice place to stay especially if you are new to Turkey (as we were) as not overly commercial and a good location for visiting other places. However it was the friendliness of the hotel staff that made our holiday really enjoyable.

Love this hotel. Have stayed numerous times. Come for a rest and as hotel has everything you need you don't need to leave the premises. The turkish bath in the hotel is definitely worth a visit. Staff are all very friendly and make everyone very welcome. Good value and a good selection in the restaurant. Very popular with lots of repeat customers. Will be back again.

My husband and I spent our holiday here it's true what everyone had said all the staff are so nice they can't do enough for you the hotel is very Clean the rooms need a little touch up but when you think how many people stay there you can't keep it like brand new the mail thing was they were kept spotless the Turkish bath in the hotel was lovely well worth the money if anyone has a late flight home I recommend doing the dalaman mud bath and hotel trip through Thomson well worth the money
