My fiancee and i have recently returned from a fantastic ten days holiday at the Oykun hotel. This is a family run hotel and they make you feel part of the family, it is a really homely place. All the staff also possess a great sense of fun, there are turkish nights quiz nights fish and chips and sunday roast yes these guys really go overboard to make you feel welcome. Extremely clean place, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily this really is a spot of heaven. Two great pools you have breakfast sat at the side of one of them. Ian the night receptionist is a real scream a diamond of a guy, as is oykun and his father ibrahim who even carried our cases out when we left.
Calis beach is also a beautiful resort , this was our first trip to turkey, but like many others who return to this hotelwe will be going back next year, can't wait.

Having read a lot of reviews before staying here, the majority of comments were extremely positive,so we arrived with complete confidence, secure in the knowledge, that,"we'd found a good one".The staff are fantastic, and, the family are very "hands-on".We had no light in our bathroom, and,no pre-ordered fridge, but, within 10 mins, all was corrected.Rooms are cleaned daily with a towel/sheet change every other day, however, after tipping the cleaner on our second day, whenever we returned to our room each evening,it looked like a "palace",so maybe its worthwhile tipping early rather than wait till the last day?it's well worth taking the Turkish bath at the hotel 50lira for the two of us,we found that people had been coming from other hotels to use this one.The only negative point that i'd like to make is that the hotel is geared almost exclusively for the British ,with no culture mix, apart from the staff, and, therefore you could be staying at Blackpool! We witnessed, from our top floor room, overlooking the pool area, every morning people running with 4or5 towels to secure a bed, before 8am,and,then disappearing off for the day!

Well, here i am back again from a visit to the Oykun.
I have been so many time now i have lost count. In fact we like it sooo much my dad has bought one of Oykuns Dupex Appartments.
Oykun helped dad every step of the way...it was so easy and Oykun [or Superman] was just the best, very helpful and profesional all the way. Thank you Oykun your a Star!
Congratulations on your wedding to Berna you are both a Great couple.
Thanks again to Goldie who, by now must be the most famous receptionist in Turkey...if not the World!
Well done to Freddie for taking such good care of Pudsey too.
See you all in August when we will be in the house, but don't worry we will come and visit you no doubtxx

this hotel is a gem, after just returning home from our 3rd visit we have booked to return later this year.we are made to feel so at home here. All the staff are brilliant they are so hard working, everywhere is kept spotless, the Breakfasts are outstanding and service is top class,Two beautiful pools to choose from, plus a bowling green and lovely garden areas, ideal for someone like me who has walking difficultys as there are ground floor rooms and ramps for wheelchair users, the resort area is wheelchair friendly as well.
We have meet and made some great friends here we very rarely return to the same place more than once but the Oykun to us is very special and just keeps drawing us back .It says alot when most guests seem to have been before. Thaks again to Mr Ocek & family,Goldie, Freddie,Vali,Memet and all other Staff

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel. The friendliness of all staff helped to make the holiday, Goldie on reception always had a smile and was always keen to help, Freddie & Velli behind the bar and all the waiters were great and the Cleaner did a cracking job, rooms cleaned every day & towels & sheets changed every other day. Excellent value place to stay with a family atmosphere, 2 good sized pools, only minutes away from beach, bars & restaurants. Excellent supermarket on opposite corner, we nicknamed "Open All Hours" where you could get almost anything! Try the Oykun's Turkish Bath, wonderful way to start your hols. Bowls Green was an artificial surface, but still fun to play on under the Turkish Sun!

The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly ,very helpful the maid keeps the rooms spotlessly clean and always has a smile.Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location just 5 mins from beach. Stayed just on B&B basis ,breakfast was good fresh omellettes or pancakes every day plus lots of other things. Going back in September for half board this time as we had one meal in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Can't wait to go go back

We'd seen the reviews of the hotel Oykun before we went - thought they'd probabaly been over-egged a bit - but were we wrong !!!

In fact we found the hotel to be an absolute gem, the staff are brilliantly friendly and helpful, Goldy the receptionist lived up to the high praise we'd seen about her, always able to give the right information when you had a query - but so too were Freddy and the rest of the bar and waiting staff. Nothing was ever too much troubleand always with a smile - a real one !!

The location is great, 3 minutes walk from the main shopping strip and 4 minutes from the beach promenade. A mini- market just across the road will supply you with fresh milk, english papers, and other holiday accoutrements, including beach towels if you want to ease your baggage weight.

The room was of a nice size, plenty of storage, and cleaned regularly and nicely and the air conditioning worked.

The food was great, the breakfasts being the best we've encountered for a long long time and the lunches were just right for the middle of the day, kitchen was open all day.

Two great pools, but with plenty of spare sun loungers so you didn't have to worry about the bed grabbers. The hotel Turkish bath was again a great place to relax , a good experience and affordable

The hotel with a hundred rooms is large enough for you not to feel hemmed in, but yet overall we got a nice feeling of friendly warmth and cosiness - almost home from home. A mixed bag of guests from the elderly to the very young, but a very nice mix.

The resort is great, plenty of restaurants and bars, and shops. Good silver jewellry shops and all with in a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The area is really flat anf there is a bike hire place about 200 yards from the hotel - great way to get around. otherwise use the Dolmuses, a cheap reliable minibus service standard fare 1.50TL

Overall great hotel, great folks - we will return !!!
