“Lovely Hotel”
Reviewed 11 July 2010

Just got back from 2 weeks at Harman Hotel. Very professionally run hotel, staff all very friendly. Rooms small, but spotless, maid cleaned every day. The only downfull is the lack of patio furniture on the balcony, only one chair! We like to sit on our balcony sometimes, so had to take out a small stool to sit on! Apart from that it was fab! Pool area lovely, although we didn't use the pool we went to the beach, but did hear some guests moaning about the sun beds being saved with towels from early in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful and you had a choice of where to eat it, inside or out in the sun. Receptionist was very friendly as was all staff. All in all a good holiday choice.

I have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this gem of a hotel. We arrived at 6am after a delayed flight to be met by a smiling Ahmed who informed us of general hotel information and quickly registered us for our stay. We had our 10 year old son with us who the staff constantly made sure he was happy and the interaction from ALL members of staff towards him made his stay a very welcome and happy time. In the morning we met with Fusun who has more energy than I am ever likely to have. We then went for Breakfast where we met "Happy", and Celal who welcomed us like we were old friends. When the bar opened we met Fico and Ferhat who made sure all of our needs were met, from a bottle of water, cup of tea or cold Efes. Rooms were basic(what more do you need on holiday) but cleaned every day. In the evening we met Ayhan who made us very welcome at the evening meal. Ayhan would ask what our preference was and tried to accomodate where possible, a great guy. I have to say I was embarrassed at people turning their nose up and saying they would go for fish and chips(if this is what you want, stay home). We go to other countries to try different foods and tastes and Ayhan and his staff provided this along with a great variety at breakfast(not the boring stuff others have reported). Thanks to all at Harman, we will be back.

My partner and I have just arrived home from the Harman Hotel after staying there for ten days. This was our first time in Turkey ans Harman Hotel was everything we could have asked for. Rooms were clean, swimming pool perfect size, bar staff and waiters were extremely friendly and overall we had a great time. We had bed and breakfast so ate out most nights however always went back to the bar at the hotel for a drink before bed and there was always a lot of atmosphere to enjoy this. Our time was made especially enjoyable by one specific member of staff Celel....thank you!!!

I have just returned from the Harman Hotel and I cannot recommend the hotel enough.

The hotel is a good size with 61 rooms, not too big, not too small. The hotel is clean throughout, the bar and pool have an excellent layout, the bar food is lovely and well priced. The rooms and the hotel are kept immaculate throughout.

Without doubt, the Harman's greatest asset are its' staff. Humble, polite, hospitable, good humoured, unstinting in their desire to provide first class hospitality to its' residents.

I stayed half board, whilst I enjoyed the breakfast, I did find dinner a little repetitive and monotonous and not to my personal taste. Overall excellent value.

The Harman Hotel is a real gem of a find. We chose the hotel having read so many very good reports on Trip Advisor that to be honest we were very sceptical that it would not live up to what had been published. From the time we arrived on the 25th June until we left 11 days later we could find no faults. All of the hotel staff and management were so courteous and helpful and always had a smile regardless of the time of day or night, nothing seemed to be to much trouble for them to make our stay one that we will always cherish. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, the breakfast and dinner offerd us fresh and well prepared food and the entertainment laid on two nights during our stay was very professional.

Harman Hotel is a really lovely place, and fantastic value. We paid so little for 10nights we were concerned it would be a dump - but its really not. Rooms are basic (bed, en suite, telly, i would say 3*) but have a balcony which is a great bonus. Air con is extra - but for how little the stay cost us we weren't bothered paying the extra. The real selling point is the great pool and bar area, and lovely staff. The place is decked out with wooden loungers and seating - that would easily suit a much higher rated 5* hotel. The hotel is about 5-10minute walk to the beach but this means its nice and quiet, and its only 2 minutes to the main road to easily catch a bus to fethiye (20min). I have recommended this hotel to all my friends and family!
