“Awesome !!!”
Reviewed 22 September 2009

This was our first trip to Turkey and admittedly we were somewhat apprehensive having heard conflicting reviews in the past. Having returned from a 11 day holiday at the Majesty Tuana I can say that this complex, without doubt, is the best we have ever stayed in. I can only re-iterate other reviews in that, it is spotlessly clean, food was plentiful and with an abundance of choice, bottled beers, wines and water, all staff friendly and courteous, location perfect with private beach and jetty from which there are breathtaking views particularly in the evenings. The Animation Team work extremely hard to ensure that young and old alike have a fabulous holiday and are a fantastic bunch of young people who are educated, hard working, always smiling and will make you smile..whatever the weather !
The location of the hotel is maybe a little remote but Fethiye can easily be reached by regular Bus service or Water Taxi. We took three excursions over the 11 days which we thoroughly enjoyed and were inexpensive. However, with not a plastic glass or empty fridge in sight and plentiful food, sea, sun and sand, there really is no need to leave the complex. The only difficulty we had was finding something to spend our money on !!
We avoid returning to holiday resorts and prefer to try somewhere different but I can say that we will return to The Majesty Tuana and if you are considering it..book it.. you will not be disappointed !!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Musa and Zafarino in the animation team were great! Turtle beach is a must do, beautiful sand and warm calm water. Hire a jeep for a few days, great fun!

This is an excellent place to visit whether you have a young family or a retired couple there is something for everyone. The resort is spotless and the rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels.
The All inclusive is very good and you don't have to wear those stupid wristbands. Drinks are copious with fridges constantly stocked and restocked with fresh water and beer. The local spirits were excellent and measures ridiculously large. Ask for an extra coke if you don't like your drinks strong!!
If you wanted you needn't spend anything on this holiday as everything and I mean everything was included.
The only downside and its a very small one was that I was expecting more snacks i.e crisps, fruit etc. You could buy crisps from "Del Boys" shop but he was really overpriced and the fruit available seemed to be only melon and apples etc and then only available at meal times, unless I missed something.
The reps or "Animators" were awesome and worked 16-17 hours a day. They are really friendly and hard working and there is always something happening around the main pool area. It can be hard to refuse them and if you're looking for a quieter day there are 2 smaller pools situated on the resort which are very quiet each with its own pool bar.

As I said the animators were brilliant. There is even a daily Turkish Lesson around by the pool bar which is both fun and educational as I had no idea of the language before I went. The night entertainment was a bit hit an miss if I'm honest. The west end it is not but the effort put in is obvious and as all the animators are from across Europe you can forgive them for not being pros. Most of the shows are in English which makes it better to watch.

If you are expecting England in Turkey forget it. The guests are from the most widespread I have ever known. I have never met so many Russians!!! I didn't even know they went on holiday but the ones I spoke to or at least tried seemed very nice though I don't think manners or waiting in a queue is something they are taught back home.

The resort is very remote and I personally found 2 weeks too long. Fethiye town is about 15 mins away and there is an intersting market there every Tuesday. We did the Dalyman experience trip which includes a mud bath and sulphur pool followed by a lovely boat trip down a river and spent some time on a gorgeous beach. We had a lot of fun and is a full day out of the resort which was nice for a change.

All in all this was a very enjoyable holiday and while I haven't come home itching to go back immediately I would definately re visit this resort some time in the future.

I would rate this as 8 out of 10. Hope this helps.

Yes really, beer and bottled water in fridges round the resort, wine in restaurant, just help yourself!

But seriously, this is a great resort if your the average holidaymaker.

The place is spotless, the pools are the cleanest ive ever seen,no loose or cracked areas. The entertainment is constant, rifle shooting , archery, volleyball, football, the list goes on and on. The huge gardens are beautiful, better than ive seen in the caribbean. We loved going to see the animals (rabbits, goats, sheep, monkey, chickens, birds) everyday and wanted to bring a guinea pig home, they are so cute.

The food wont win any awards but is edible and theres plenty to choose from. Snacks available in between restaurant times. Im sure you will find something you like. Ice cream at park 2 was the one thing i ate too much of.

Rooms are in small blocks of around 18, over 2 storeys. Our room was massive, 2 single beds and another room with a double bed. This was cleaned every day with new sheets and towels. Air con was easy to use and in both rooms.

Do go on the pier at night and just lay and watch the stars, very relaxing.
If you go with Thomas Cook do get to see Herma the resort rep, she is a great laugh and very informative.

Trust me you will enjoy this resort.

This was our first trip to Turkey and we loved it. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Staff were very friendly but unobtrusive. Food and drinks were abundant and fresh with a huge variety. There are three themed restaurants which need to be booked; we tried the Turkish and the fish restaurants and enjoyed both. They had waiter service unlike the main restaurant which is self-service.There were plenty of organised activities through the day and my husband enjoyed football and volleyball; I had a laugh at bellydancing and aqua-aerobics. If you like night-time entertainment then in our opinion this is the only weak spot and you might like to make your own plans. The animation team worked their socks off and the shows were all good fun but palled after a few nights. The best one was the Turkish night with authentic costumes and dance. There are two open-air movie screens showing films each night after the show; one was playing Wii games once which looked fun. There is a nightly disco but we did not try it. The Spa offers lots of beauty treatments and we went for a Turkish bath together which was one of our highlights. Local buses run regularly from the hotel entrance and are inexpensive, so getting around is not a problem. All in all a fabulous holiday and we'd love to go back.

Just got back from a one week holiday to Turkey where my friend and I stayed at Majesty Club Tuana Park in Fethiye. This was by far the best holiday I have ever been on. The location was excellent, the hotel was magnificent set in it's own grounds with it's own beach and pier. It was so clean (rooms cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels), the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The gardens in which it was set were beautiful and attended to on a daily basis, lots of trees, greenery and flowers. The food was excellent with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with additional a la carte restaurants as well. As this was ultra inclusive you didn't have to pay for anything, fridges situated in different location within the resort well stocked with bottled water and beer for you to help yourself, the local wines and spirits were also very good and there was no skimping on the measures. There was a choice of bars and plenty of entertainment (also excellent for children). The pools were very clean and located in different areas, more happening around the main pool, but if you wanted to relax with less going on you could do this at the other pools within the park. Vast choice of local trips available and bus traveling throughout the day to Fethiye Town, Market day is Tuesday and lots of bargains to be had. I would definately recommend this hotel and location to anybody.
