This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. The only problem we had was that we were travelling in a group of 10, one family of 4 with an 8 and 10 year old whose room was in the club area. Then my husband and I who have a 15 and 17 year old and my parents who are in their 70's, our rooms were in the park area, a good 8 minutes walk away from the amenities. We had asked for our rooms to be together and this was too far for my parents to keep walking backwards and forwards for dinner etc. We upgraded the next day at a cost of £125 each per room but this was well worth it as we were then right next to the pool. I do feel that it should have been made clearer when we booked of where the rooms were situated.

That out of the way, the rest of the holiday was perfect. The children loved the pools, water slides and beach area. They took part in the pool games organised by the animation team during the day and the different sporting activites on offer. You could also take advantage of turkish lessons and belly dancing. The animation team were enthusiastic and worked really hard and although some of the evening entertainment was slightly boring they put on some excellent shows too. One night there was a party on the beach which was different and the mama mia show was excellent.

The food wasn't the best we have had but we were in Turkey and there was so much to chose from and it was always hot. We went to all three of the themed restaurants, the food at which was lovely.

There are lots of water sports on offer off the jetty which seemed well orgainised and safe. This was also a lovely place to wander to in the evening as the sunsets were beautiful.

You must try a turkish bath and massage in the spa, well worth it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend it to our friends and are really sad to be home. We would also like to emphasise the cost of eating and drinking at the airport, avoid it if you can.

As the majority have said regarding gardens, staff etc is correct and true. The entertainment team are really great and keep the place going, there is always something to do if you can muster the energy to do anything. We always took part in the darts at 4pm as part of our 4 o'clock club drinks ;) Hakan who done the darts is an absolute star, and such a lovely person. If anyone is going to the Tuana - if you remember could you say that "Jan & Mick Pyne said hi" please to Hakan? I would just go back to see the entertainment team, as they worked unbelievably hard.
Any down sides; being quite critical here; balconies could be bigger so you are able to sit out and enjoy a drink together. Food can get repetitive, but the quality is good. Location; very remote, so advise to consider in doing some trips to break the holiday up a bit. Beach is stoney so can only get into sea via pier ladders unless you have got rock hard feet, so suggest getting beach shoes before you go.

Oh yes one last thing - watch the spa manager, very rude man. The men that do the hamman scrubs, I feel, entertain themselves by slapping womens backsides etc, but this is just my experience. Spa is nice, but if you are a women I would suggest that you ask for a women, if you feel that you would not be comfortable with a man doing the above. The bracelet man also tried to rip me off.

Other than that fabulous holiday, and hope that you have just a good time as me.

After a scary ride from the airport with the driver racing round hairpin bends in the dark through the mountains we thankfully arrived safe. We stayed for 11 days in August, as every ones says the grounds are huge and absolutely beautiful and are constantly being maintained. We were initially put into a Park room which was very small although everything looks brand new especially the bathroom I wouldn't like to be in these rooms with more than one child. We were moved into a club room the next day (as this is what we had paid for)with no fuss, the Club rooms are much larger although these havent been updated and could do with it. We always found something to eat although at times the choices were very strange (salad and soup and sprouts at breakfast) everything was well presented. The big let down was the entertainment which we thought was very poor, fine for kids my daughter enjoyed it, but very childish and ameteurish for grown ups unless you are easily pleased consisting mainly of childish sketches. Overall a good holiday which we all enjoyed but I would not go here again as its too far out in the sticks and there is no where else near to go for a walk or for a change of scenery. The 12 island boat trip is a must but book with Marco in Fethiye on the Oasis boats, he looks like an older Johnny Depp rather than the rep saved £40. Fine if you dont want to leave the grounds and stay at the hotel for all of your holiday, a good 4*.

We arrived early evening and was swiftly taken to our accommodation by buggy; the room was only small but clean and tidy, with a small balcony looking out on the gardens. The gardens were lovely with views of the palm trees dotted around and the grounds were kept neat and tidy. There were two kinds of accommodation one called Park and the other called Club. Park was quieter and the furthest away from all the amenities, with their own pool and restaurant for meals. The Club rooms were close to all the amenities but not too close that we were kept awake at night by any noise. The pool in the Club area was huge and clean but very deep with a pool bar that you could cool off at with an ice cold drink. There was a toddler pool with slides and a childrens club but couldn't comment on them as we never used them. There was a seperate pool with slides for children and adults which you could use between 10-12 and 3-5 which we took advantage of and really enjoyed. The all inclusive was very good with lots of choice, i suppose some would say it was a little repetative but as we were only there for one week so we didn't have a problem. The food was good quality and always fresh; if you like a tipple you will have no problem at this hotel, with meals you can help yourself to a glass or bottle of wine or ask for spirit at the bar area in the restaurant. Fridges were stocked with water and bottles of beer near the pools so you didnt need to queue at the bar. The beach was pebbled but the jetty was lovely with steps going into the sea. Overall, the entertainment wasn't very good for adults but the children enjoyed the evening show however after 10.30 there wasnt much to do apart from have a drink at the bar and chat. I believe there was a disco but I am not sure if it was any good as i was always shattered after a long day in the sun. If you wanted to get out and about the dolmus bus stopped just outside the hotel and wefound it very good and cheap. This hotel was fantastic for the all inclusive, nice grounds, very clean with a lot of sunbeds which we always managed to get every day no matter what time we wanted them. I would definately visit this hotel again.

grounds to this hotel are lovely, restaurant food bit repetative but you certainly wont go hungry my only big gripe is the ease at which the under 18's can so easily obtain alcohalic drinks not one f the many bar staff asked for ages and when you complained to the management all they said that english children look older so can be very hard to tell an age, Be careful as some of the bar staff can sometimes be too friendly to young girls.
