This place is a little hard to find but is worth the effort. There is a local feel to the restaurant compared with the more European feel of many other Gocek restaurants, the food was very good and at very reasonable prices. The restaurant majors in meat dishes but readily offered to cook a pide for my vegetarian wife... who said it was the nicest of several prides she had enjoyed over the past weeks. With two sizeable mezes, a very tasty kofte for me, a bottle of wine and water, the meal came to 72 Turkish lire ( about 24 pounds sterling! ). Fantastic value for such a good meal. If you do want to eat there, find the local Carrefour on the Main Street, position yourself with the building behind you and take the road to the left of the two that face you. The restaurant is then about 300 yards along.
