Be very careful before booking in this hotel,
Staff are awful especially the hotel manager named Murad
They hasstle all girls as if they own them
They place different rules depends if they like you or not
Crap breakfast
No minibar inside
I saw the manager hitting a women because she was eating in the lobby and the police came in
What to say more ?!!!!!!!!!

Location of the hotel is very good and next to sea. But nearby there are hundreds hotels next to sea and giving much much better services( good, drink, accommodation). Hotel is offering low room rates but than in each minute they are pushing you to buy a drink or spend money. They simply see the customer as walking euro. I did not like the staff's behaviour at all . Especially the hotel manager 'Murat' is far from to be sincere. It depends on you what type of vacation you want but I strongly advice to you not to stay in this hotel due to there are much better options nearby with same prices. I will definetly go to Marmaris again but never ever to this unfriendly hotel.

Room Tip: Not to choose a room from this hotel , there are plenty better hotels nearby

Myself, my sister and a friend stayed at this hotel in July 2013. We liked it so much we're going back in September. Now if you're looking for 5 star go and pay 5 star prices. But if you want a comfortable, clean hotel and a great location then the Palm Beach is great.
The staff were very friendly and would always do what they could, and sun beds were always available. The breakfast is basic, which is typical of turkey, but the full English is good for about £3-£4.
Some great bars are just next door, Albatross and the United bar were 2 of our favourites although the cheers bar was good as well. Head to VIP if you want to dance until 6am, which we did :)
Shops, takeaways and the supermarket are all within a couple of minutes walk. All in all a great little budget hotel with possibly the best location in Marmaris. Some people we met stayed a bit further out and had to get taxis back and forth, this is something we didn't want to do especially if someone wanted to head back early. The security here are very good, and nobody is getting past reception. I found the location very safe and didn't feel uncomfortable at all, even at 3am. The bars are all open late but they are very strict on noise levels, so the music isn't banging until 4am. They turn it down quite early and close at about 2am, which is when you head to the clubs :) Also don't bother with the 2 for 1 cocktails they're crap, just get a decent one at full price, about £3-£4. Small bottle of water is about 30p and we got a 6hr bout trip for about £10 booked through the united bar, ask for Nico. Can't wait to get back.

I stayed here for 10 days in July.

The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. There are always clean towels in supply on a daily basis and my room was kept to a good standard.

The staff were fine - they didn't bother you but from the interactions I did have were always happy to help.

This is a 3* hotel, is clean and cheap and perfect as on the beach.

Overall would recommend if you want to stay in a 3* and this is reflected by your budget.

ALL the staff are, Miserable and unfreindly, Bar/restraurant, dreadful service, staff have to be asked several times for orders, coffee machine at breakfast not filled up unless pointed out by guests. Rooms grotty, and tired they need to ditch the carpets, the bathroom needed a deep clean, hot water in short supply, in fact all the water goes off in the middle of a shower sometimes for several minutes, leaving you covered in soap waiting for its return so you can rinse. £30.00 a week for the air conditioning which takes 3 hours to just cool the room, the air con unit being located on the tiny balcony throwing out hot air making the tiny balcony unusable. Shame as the hotel is in a nice position on the beach front.

my partner and i could not fault the staff or hotel. true to say its not the newest in the area and yes the rooms are basic but acceptable and clean. we spent very little time in our room to worry. the staff work hard and are friendly to all guests. breakfast is turkish style but plentiful. the beach is ok,clean and tidy with plenty of free sunbeds available. this is a busy beach front especially in the evening. there are 3 bars and a small nightclub adjacent to the hotel and its fair to say its noisy but you cant blame the hotel for that!

now for the downside.... YOU WILL GET HASSLED IN THE EVENING! the bars and restaurants want your money and staff will say everything to get you into them! i can recommend two stella and tiffanys. we ate twice in both of them and can say every meal was very good. shopping in the main street is a nightmare,be warned! shop staff/owners play games on pricing, especially the cloth shops. they get offended and at times confrontational if you dont buy from them. if only they learnt not to hassle,be honest with prices and let you look their takings would double.

I stayed here from 7-14 June 2013 overall it's a good value for money hotel, located right on the beach it's easy access to all bars, the hotel itself was very clean with bedding changed & rooms cleaned every day,
The breakfast needs improving as they always forgot to fill up coffee machine & juice machine, wifi is advertised at hotel however this can only be picked up in lobby area, I got wifi code from bar opposite and that worked fine.
This is is a lovely hotel and with further upgrades could possibly be best value for money hotel B&B along the beachfront .
