Okay, the interior is dated and the receptionists are incredibly bad at receiving guests (quite simply, they don't). However there are some great things about the hotel too. The jetty area, used for sunbathing during the day, and dining at night, is gorgeous. It adds class to a very un-classy resort.
The Guest Relations Officer was charm personified and really went out of her way to help, as did a lot of the staff. There is internet; both in the lobby and there's wireless in the guest rooms.
Hotel Elegance isn't deserving of it's five stars, but neither is it the horrendous hotel that some of these reviewers have implied.More
