me and my 2 friends stayed here for 11 nights and I can't fault anything! The hotel is clean, the staff go out of there way to do anything for you, the entertainment throughout the day was fab and at night was even better! Great value for money! The Havana boys work so hard to look after you and we hope to see them all next year as were going to book to come back! Miss everyone there! See you in 2013!!!!! Rachel, rachael & Steph!xx

We are a family of four who have just returned from this resort and are already looking at re booking for next year. The hotel is spotless, the amenities good and the entertainment and animation team superb! There is absolutely something for all ages...my two teenagers had a ball! There is also plenty to do for younger children. The hotel itself is central to Marmaris and there is plenty to do. The food is of a high standard and there are happy hour offers on drinks in the evening. A big thank you to Muhammet the hair dresser (who is brill!), Spike and all the other lads...you made our stay welcoming and enjoyable. The photographer Emrecan is lovely and takes family photographs of an excellent standard. The pool area gets busy during the day but everyone, no matter what time of day, is always allocated a sun lounger. Nihat, the pool waiter, is also absolutely amazing,we look forward to seeing you all next year. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff...they are hardworking, polite, fun and it's no wonder people return year upon year. We met some lovely friends, many of which have been visiting this resort year upon year due to the high standards and excellent hospitality. If you book this holiday I doubt you'll regret it...We can't wait to return!

Room Tip: We was on a ground floor room which didn't overlook the pool. Very quiet and easy access.

Stayed at Club Anastasia from the 4th - 18th July 2012 and had an absolutely fantastic time. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The apartments have an open kitchen and living area with a seperate bathroom and a bedroom, the only complaint would be the fact that it was very hard to sleep due to the fact that there is air con only in the living area.

We were self catering and so ate out almost every night in various restaurants, Natalies which is down at the marina had very good service and food at a good price.

The Havana boys really do make your holiday, special mention to Eddie & Yusuf who could'nt do enough for you & Eddie keep up the dancing! Aircon, Turkei & Jerry the entertainers were there everyday and always encouraged you to join in on there activities. Special mention to the Hairdressing team which were always up for a laugh and make you feel very welcome during the stay. The jewellers on site was excellent and a special mention to Eddie, Rico & of course his parrot :-)

We went on 2 excursions one to the Turkish baths in another hotel which is not recommended with a hangover as it is mayhem, it is very packed and you have to wait about for long periods of time between the sauna, bath and the oil massage. The second excursion was a boat trip on the Neptune Star boat which was excellent apart from the fact that it is extremely hot and very hard to stick. During the boat trip there is various stops where you are allowed to have a swim in the clear water which is great fun. One problem which we had was that we were told that it was all inclusive, which it is not - you get your meal free but you have to pay for your drinks, the meal was excellent. On the way back from the boat trip you stop off at a village which you can only get to by boat, it had a lot of the same stuff as what Marmaris town does except it is at a dearer price.

Shopping in Marmaris is excellent for bringing back home they have lots of different designer brands at very cheap prices and you can haggle with them to get it even cheaper again!

Hope to go back next year but in June when it is not so hot!
Club Anastasia is well worth a visit!

Room Tip: we stayed in room 710 which was facing the street which did'nt really bother us although some pe...

This was my first time in Turkey. Initially I had some reservations after visiting Cyprus for the last 4 years I thought it had a lot to live up to.....I should not have worried. I can honestly say it was right up there as one of the best holidays I have had.
Myself and my family (wife, son(14)and daughter (11)) returned on 1 Aug having spent 2 weeks there. The weather was superb, only saw a cloud on the morning of our return. The hotel service both in the day and night was excellent, there always seemed to be a waiter available so you never had to wait for a drink. The entertainment was good, a bit cheesy at times but is what you come to expect on a summer holiday.
Prices at the hotel were reasonable and the Orange Bar was a great place to kick off your evening with a cool drink, 2 for 1 from 7pm to 9pm.
We stayed Self Catering so tried several of the restaurants. The Bella Blu in the hotel was excellent, as was Club Dante across the road. The September Bar was also fantastic but the best in my opinion was Summer Dreams which did the most fantastic steaks. The service at all these was top notch, and agains all did 2 for 1 on all drinks so the cost was extremely reasonable. A meal for 4 including drinks and 2 deserts for the kids would be about 100-120 lira (£35-£40).
The only slightly down side I would say is that the restaurants and bars to put a bit of pressure on to get you in.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel and resort to anyone and will definately be returning some time in the future.

Just arrived back from our 2-weeks holiday staying at Club Anastasia, Marmaris and our we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our family, consisting of 2 adults and 12-year-old girl all had a great time.

THE WEATHER
The weather was very hot, around 42-45 degrees during the hottest part of the day. As it is extremely hot, the rooms get very hot and stuffy, there is air conditioning in the main lounge/kitchen area of the appartment, which to keep the room cool, you need to put the air con on around 20c and this will help. It can be difficult to sleep in the heat, so leave the air con on when in bed and doors open to allow the air to circulate.

THE POOL
Myself and daughter went to the pool around 7.30am most mornings to get out bed and enjoy the morning sun and most of the other guests would be getting up between this time also.
The staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful, there were some instances in the mornings with guests reserving sunbeds around the pool by leaving their towels, but the hotel staff are wise to this and if they notice that sunbeds have towels but no guests they will remove the towels if they are left for any length of time to ensure that it is fair for everyone.
The main pool is a of a good size, clean and just the right temperature to cool down in during the day. Often you will find you are constantly dipping in the pool as it is hot!

THE FOOD
We were self-catering and we did eat out at some of the nearby restaurants. You do get hassled by the restaurants to go in and this can be a pain, but the staff are not allowed to come of their terrace, so it is easy enough to politely say 'no' and walk off. After trying a number of restaurants around the hotel, we ended up eating at the BellaBlu restaurant, which is Club Anastastia's own restaurant as this had a good 'kids menu', which included a kids meals (i.e. nuggets & chips, pasta, pizza etc, a drink and ice cream) all for 7.50 lira, which is approx £2.80, fantastic value and my daughter enjoyed the meals. The main meals in their restaurant were of good quality and we tryed most things on the menu, ranging from salmon, steak, pastas and chicken and we found all the food to be of good quality and tasty and their choice of cakes/desserts are delicious. The standard cost of our meal (2 adults & 1 child) including a drink each worked out at around £15-25, which we thought was great value.
The food served at the Havana bar (by the pool), is also very good and great value.

THE ROOM
The appartment/rooms consist of open plan lounge/kitchen area, which has two settee beds in this room and the air con is situated here, a separate bathroom, with overhead shower and twin bedroom, which the staff moved the beds to our preference on arrival. The kitchen had all that was needed, including kettle, fridge, toaster, cutlery, small 2 ring stove, cups, plates etc and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The rooms do get very hot so it is recommended to turn the air con down low to cool the room and keep the balcony door shut to keep the cold air circulating.

THE STAFF
The entertainment/bar staff are absoluetly fantastic. They are friendly, funny and always entertain the guests no end. Their aim is to entertain the guests and they do just that, we had such a laugh watching the silly dances and the Havana boys in action. Especially Ali, Turkay and Serdar, who were great :)
The reception staff and maids were all friendly and pleasant and the maid decorated our bedroom with rose petals and towels made into swans, which was beautiful and such a lovely gesture.

THE HOTEL OVERALL
The hotel we feel earns its four star rating. It has a number of facilities on the grounds, including hairdressers, where you can have a turkish shave, manicure, pedicure and much more. A tattoist, a spa where you can experience having a turkish bath and massage, a supermarket on site and good kids club which provides entertainment for children from 3-12 throughout the day.

On arrival at the hotel, you have to get a Club Anastatia clubcard and you put money onto this card (English or Lira) as you can only buy drinks/snacks from the main Havana pool bar using this clubcard. This system works well, as you get given a receipt for everything you purchase and on the receipt it tells you how much you have left on your card and when you need to top it up, just go to reception and put some more money on it.

LOCATION
The hotel is situated about 15-minute walk from the beach. The beach is sand/shingle and there is no charge for sunbeds on the beach.
There are plenty of bars/restaurants close to the hotel which you can choose to eat/drink in if you do not wish to eat at the hotel

HOLIDAY OVERALL
Had a great time, would definitely go back to Turkey and to Club Anastastia, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely not back much clothes next time and would go to the Marmaris market/bazaar and go shopping again, where you can pick up some great clothes, bags etc at great prices and as the weather is so hot, you only need shorts and t-shirts in the evenings.
The return journey home was a nightmare.....it is a 90-minute transfer to the airport, our flight was delayed by 3-hours and Dalaman airport is VERY expensive and as you can't take drinks into the airport to get just a couple of small bottles of water it costs £5, the seating at the airport is very uncomfortable and it is a no-smoking airport also.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool facing room (email the hotel prior to arrival)
