Wow is all I can say. This was a girly birthday break for only 4 nights (I wish it had been longer!) I have stayed in many 4* and 5* hotels but this is off the scale! Perfect location, extremely polite and helpful staff, good food I could go on (and on). The owner ever organised a birthday cake when he knew it was one of the girls birthday. Only thing I fear is that by writing this the prices will go up and as it is a small hotel this will always be full. I'm going to book another break in September now before this happens!!!

Stayed here second week in may for 1 week so it had only been open 1 week before we arrived. As soon as we arrived we knew it was a good choice as it was spotless, very clean everything white and modern, we where shown to our room on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel which had a beautiful view of the beach and right alone both ways, room was clean and beds comfortable. There wasn't a massive variety of food but what was there was presented nicely and was very nice. Staff where all very friendly and kind. I would defiantly reccommend this hotel to anybody wanting to come to marmaris. It's stunning. Hope to go back one day.

I encourage anyone to stop at this hotel i cannot praise them enough. The staff could not be more helpful any whim was catered to. The food was excellent plenty of choice and veritiy and served round the clock!! The location was superb 10 mins from the marina. There was a lot of attention to detail like serving drinks in proper glasses as opposed to the plastic ones found in most all inclusives. All the mod cons including wifi. I would give this hotel top marks and would love to go back!!

We stayed here for 6 nights (8th May - 14th May) all inclusive.
As it say's, right on the beach front ! and newly refurbished !
As soon as we walked in we knew we had booked a great hotel.
Very classy, very clean, very bright and shiny...every member of the staff, they were all very attentive, helpful, polite, smiley, friendly and chatty.
Our room was on the top floor (5th floor, sea view with balcony) and as soon as we entered our room we was presented with a fantastic 180 degree panoramic view of the sea and surrounding land either side, awesome view !
Food was plentiful, varied, tasteful and very well presented.
Considering we're not ones to settle for a poor standard or service...
We highly recommend this hotel and its staff, loved it.
10 out of 10 and great price too !

Room Tip: Front facing sea view rooms have excellent views !

I'm a travel agent so i can be quite critical and particular however I cannot fault this hotel. I knew it had been refurbished before I booked and only been open a few weeks. Having worked in Marmaris i knew where this was located and I wanted beach front.
The hotel was spotless, you couldn't get any cleaner! all white modern furnishings, and the food was excellent! (this is coming from a fussy eater too!) all different dishes everyday. Staff are brilliant and professional. Restaurant is on the terrace overseeing the sea! gorgeous in the evening having your meal!! ...based on the beach strip with bars, restaurants all walking distance, karaoke bar 2 doors down. You may think it will be too noisy but the Turkish law is they have to turn down/off the music at around 12:30 so from then onwards you cant hear a thing.
I really did check everything out in this hotel and i couldn't find anything to criticise, that's the honest truth. Although the beds could be a bit more comfier, but considering they are brand new they need time to wear in i suppose. And it wasn't a big deal. The rooms were modern, clean and just the right size for 2. we had a room at the front of the hotel directly facing the sea...gorgeous!!!!
I've read other reviews and in regards to be treated different to other (older) guest, i must disagree. I was treated the same, and anyone can ask for waiter al la carte service if you wish, this is extra for everybody, but it is there as a service should you wish have it. Also with the drinks outside of the all inclusive menu, this is clearly stated. The staff are far from rude including the manager. We even met the owner one night who went out of his way to say hello and asked how our holiday was going, so again we wasn't treated any inferior to older guests.
Overall this hotel was faultless, i'm booked in again for September and i have also booked family and friends in to this one already.

We arrived at the hotel with first impressions being good. Check in was speedy and efficient. Safety deposit boxes are charged at 5TL per day which I think this service should be free of charge but would still recommend you take one for piece of mind.

Food had a good selection through out the day, but with one days having a better variety than others, you can tell it was all very fresh and prepared well but I would get down early between 7-8pm as the start to let the buffet run down as you would expect around 8.15 with virtually nothing left by 8.30pm

Rooms were very clean and modern with the option of having your room changed and cleaned everyday, if you are having a long lie do make use of the DO NOT DISTURB sign as you will be woken up at roughly 10 am with "housekeeping"

This is where it got interesting...
The first night we decided to go down to the bar at the hotel, we were all inclusive so your usual drinks came as standard vodka, gin, beer(efes pilsner), brandy, wine - red/white and local drink raki. We are a young couple who were wanting to celebrate our first night so decided to order cocktails roughly about 13-15TL. We decided on 2 mojito's- a well made mojito takes no longer than 5 minutes to make. The one we got took roughly 15 minutes and eventually came looking very weird...
The menu described a mojito as - Bacardi rum, sugar, mint, soda and lime as you would expect - and the glass should be full with crushed ice and the mint and lime should be evenly spread through out. Instead what we got after our long wait was bizarre- a watery, lemon, mint and what I think was a basil garnish floating which tasted like sugar water... We did contemplate on drinking them but decided against it, what we got in return was them swiped off the table and no apology or even questioned about why they were sent back, I did try to explain that it was lemon not lime and I was pretty quickly struck off.
The manager was made aware of the situation but did not bother to come over.
The next night we decided to stick to the drinks menu they were good at, the all inclusive list. We did see on a few occasions the staff being asked for cocktails and they did not have a clue. The Beachfront was clearly looking for the up-market look and clientele but the staff did not match this! The one thing we observed overall with this hotel were staff were very accommodating with the older couples who were staying there- offering table service for drinks at night, chatting away but with young couples they could not care less, it should be the same service throughout, tables were not replenished with cutlery after it had been used, so you were often left to take cutlery from other tables to make a set.

Residents/ non-residents who are paying from the a la carte menu were treated far superior to the residents who were eating from buffet. Again it has to be the same service throughout.

I know this hotel is just newly opened and they are still finding their feet but basic standards have to be adhered to and staff training is definitely needed if this hotel wants to pull off the high standard it is portraying to be.

There is a great restaurant, a few doors down called La Vita which I would recommend to anyone visiting Marmaris.

Room Tip: Choose high floor and at front of hotel less noise and great view!!

I've just come back from a 2 week stay at this hotel and loved it.
We we're a bit apprehensive about staying here as it has only just been taken over by new management and was very good value for money - turns out it wasn't too good to be true and it is a very lovely hotel!
It is definitely one of the best hotels on the beachfront from what I noticed, and an amazing location. Its about a 10 minute walk to the marina, where there's shops, restaurants and bar street, and the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants on the beachfront.
The rooms are fairly small but its not a problem, its been refurbished really well, and has a big walk in shower.
The pool is not great, although adequate, we didn't go to it at all in the 2 weeks we were there as the hotel has its own section of the beach with comfy sunbeds, the waiter Mehmet is always wondering around to see if you need any drinks (free) so you don't even have to get up!
When you book, ask for a room right on the beachfront as these have the best views.
If you are staying with young children be mindful of the fact that it is right in the centre and can be fairly noisy in the evenings with music from the bars surrounding the hotel. This wasn't a problem for myself and my other half as we were usually out anyway, but the bars do take the music inside or turn it down by about 12.30 so by 1am you wont hear anything. We were also on the top floor which would have helped and also gives you amazing views.
The food was good aswell, although seeing as we stayed for 2 weeks we found our selves eating out quite a bit in the second week for a bit of variation, but the food in turkey is so reasonable we didn't have to spend very much.
There is a lovely restaurant called 'Bono' a few doors down from the hotel which we can highly recommend, was packed out every evening and one of the only restaurants we came across that didn't hassle you - probably because they don't need to!
Be careful when you go to the markets and gift shops, never accept the price they tell you, they make it up on the spot - halve it and meet them in the middle. Walk away if you think its too much - they will soon lower the price if they think they will get a sale!!
If you want to book any trips, don't book with the hotel rep as this is usually more expensive, go to an excursions shop (we went to one at the marina) and barter with them, especially if you are booking more than 1, they will do you discounts.
All in all we had a lovely holiday and I would definitely consider going back to this hotel if the price was right. :)

Room Tip: Ask for top floor on the beachfront
