Just back from Kayamaris Hotel with my partner and 12 year old son. The hotel is exceptionally clean with lovely staff. We arrived at the hotel on the 27th June and was greeted by Joseph who was brilliant throughout our whole stay at the Kayamaris. Because we were at the tail end of June I found the hotel catered for the likes of Germans, French and Turkish which the hotel was full of. However there was always something to eat and come the second week the meals did improve. But I would recommend eating out as it's not too expensive and we needed a change of scenery. There is only a couple of faults that I do think people would need to consider if your thinking of booking this hotel. BEWARE of the lifts especially if you have kids as they do tend to brake down and my son got stuck in one, all be it they where quick to respond but still a frighting experience. Then it happened to quite a few people after that so we opted for the stairs, just to be safe. Also try and request from the 3rd floor up and a sea view (5th being the best view ever). Especially if you have children as the hotel on the other side is quiet noisy at night time. At please note the bar only stays open until 12 midnight on the arrival of new guests. Any other night it shuts at 11. The worse thing about the hotel is the alcohol is disgusting. We have been a few all inclusive holidays before so we know its always there own brand drink. And it's normally fine but I have to say I wasn't too impressed and opted to buy wine from the hotels shop. But I did see some people drink their beer and vodka so I suppose it's a required taste. Also beware of the key card to your room. They can be a bit tricky and if you put the card in to far they will snap (this happened to me) and you will get charged for a new one. The last thing I want to mention is the sunbeds. There is not enough of them when the hotel is full and it's a fight to get one. But we got fly to it when we seen a of people putting them down when coming in from a night out, so we started doing the same. The hotel has notices up stating if there's towels left for any period of time they will lift them. But they don't so be up early or just put them down at night. We went out most nights as the entertainment is on a Tuesday night and Friday night for half an hour and to be very honest is terrible. So we made our own entertainment and met lovely people so it wasn't a problem for us but one to bare in mind.

Room Tip: 3rd,4th and 5th floor with sea view is the best rooms

A lovely week in Kayamaris Hotel. It is located in the middle of the city center, as well as one minute walking from the beach. Our room were in the 4th floor what gave us both sea and pool view, with nice balcony for a cup of tea or coffee in the evening, food in general were very good, our stay was all inclusive which was perfect especially with the bar located on the pool. The hotel in general has everything you need.

There is a mini market inside the hotel which makes it easier to buy some snacks.

The hotel is 5 minutes driving from the Bar Street which include great selection of bars, we used to take the green label shuttle bus where you can find on the main road by the hotel.

PS: recommended bars: Green House, Beach Club & Arena.

Room Tip: Higher floors have great view.

So many better ones around that area, discription online is false! Not half as good as it looks! I don't no how other people on here are writing good thing about this hotel.

A lovely hotel, located in what I think is the nicer part of Marmaris. Really close to the sea and a great selection of bars. A brilliant range of salads and I was always so full. The staff are nice and the rooms just as you could wish. A great stay.

i have just returned from a weeks stay,Yes the place is clean, tidy and the towels changed frequently.the rooms are tiny in certain parts ,we were allocated room 321 ,blimey that was tiny and overlooking someone elses pool ,we upgraded to room 416 ,3 beds in the room and a bigger balcony with a pool view of the hotels pool and a bit of a sea view.It was £6.00 per night per room to upgrade. Food- now i know it had good reviews on here and maybe i may be fussy ,but I have had all inclusive in bulgaria which was dodgy but ok,here i really struggled to eat.the soup was fine and bread, and loads of salad but the meat dishes i couldnt like.I expected to have cheese and chips available for the fussy eaters and some sort of pasta dish or a kids corner but there was nothing like that, and the same puddings were reeled out every night -blancmange of every colour going or creme caramel. The breakfast was ok ommelette chef or pancake, the rest was rubbish smoked beef sausage and runny scrambled egg.Entertainment- none that i saw apart from one night of an hour of turkinsh dancing. There is no animation team here or kids club. The pool was lovely but its a case of chase the sun round the pool. There is table tennis 10 lira for an hour and a supposedly pool table somewhere? The drinks were ok locally branded spirits and only one bar which is the pool bar.The hotel overall was ok but not brilliant big failiures in food and entertainment.

Room Tip: 416 good room but aparantly the 5th floor are the best.
