This hotel had clean rooms but that is the only positive thing i can say about it and the towels were changed daily. This is an all inclusive hotel that is till 11pm this is when any entertainment there is starts and you have to start paying for your drinks i personally never seen any entertainment the whole week i was there The staff did go about trying to sell tickets for a show when we asked why it was not free they said they had to make money some how! The drinks were like water tried drinking all day still never got half drunk .The food was turkish so if you dont like whole fish with big eyes looking up at you this is not for you we ate out most nights .There was meant to be a snack bar from 2-30 till 4-00 there was none .Meant to be a 3 star + no way i for one will never use this hotel again

Oh my god!!! Please please please if you have booked for this hotel and have time to change it...do it!!! Let me start by tellin u my story, i went with my boyfriend and 5 members of his family. We were told this is a 4* when we got there found out it was a 3*. The 1st night we got there we wer told we couldn't stay there as there was a problem with our air con and electrics in the rooms and we were moved to another hotel, Chianturk which was a 3* and we paid for wat we thought was a 4*, wouldn't even give it 1*, wen we got to this hotel we wer told tht we would only rest here and we had to go across the road to Sun Maris Beach for our all inclusive food and drinks!!! we woke at 7am the next morning and went for breakfast at 7.30, we wer welcomed with salad for breakfast and organge juice that left a funny taste. we demanded to be moved back to Sun Maris Park, wat a mistake!!!, we had to wait around until 1pm to find that there were only 2 rooms not 3 which is wat we paid for. We agreed and took the two rooms. The next day we wer given the 3rd and about 4ish in the afternoon my bf and i had his sister banging on the door, her aircon had caught on fire and the whole corridor was full of smoke, after screamin to reception FIRE!! they finally came up and put the small fire out. The fact that we wer moved because there was a problem with the aircon and electrics and then this happened shows that the problems obviously were'nt dealt with!! A few days later i was on our balcony and the balcony broke!!!! i almost slipped!! It most of broke before as the bar was only screwed in (pics to show). I called reception and it took them 3days to fix this! My bfs parents had no air con in their room it was cooler outside than it was in their room and it was in the 40s outside, this wasn't sorted until 4days before we left!! so much more happened went on u wudnt believe it.

To add to our nightmare holiday the entertainment we had to pay for?! I've been on many all inclusive and self catering holidays where the entertainment is free, not once have i ever heard about having to pay to watch entertainment, wat a joke!! Also this hotel is full of Russian prostitues, staff liked to brag about it!!!

Oh and the food....dont get me started! If you lik fish...lucky u!!! it was a choice of fish every night now and then you'd have chicken or beef and when u got chicken, the amount of grease...disgusting. Spag bowl was my fav meal b4 this hol but every lunch time spag bowl was on the menu and i can only eat so much spag bowl. If u wanted fresh orange juice u have to pay 4 lira for it, cocktails wer 10 lira. The snacks...HA!!!.. just a few cakes (pics) and tea or coffee?? I've been home for 3days now and i still am unable to eat a full meal. I only ate 1 decent meal a day and that was because we went out to eat!

Don't get me wrong the staff are lovely in the hotel, all very friendly and agree with us when we said this is a bad hotel. Evrim the entertainer, Memo and Sadi the photographers and Salli and all the other bar staff are amazing.

This was my 1st time to Turkey and although this hasn't put my off Turkey it wasn't a good 1st impression. The location of the hotel was fab!! A 2min walk to the beach and right in the middle of bars, restaurants, clubs and shops!!!! Which was fab for me and my bf who are 19 and 20. I will defo come back to Marmaris just next time i will stay in Blue Bay Apartments which is nxt door which looked fab and seemed like a proper family hotel or even nearer the harbour which looked amazaing at night time. I spent £475 on eating out and drinks which just isn't right when i paid for an all inclusive hotel. Overall i enjoyed my holiday.....when i wasn't in the hotel, the area is fab and would defo visit it again. Just not this hotel/bedsit!!!!

What a complete waste of 2 weeks. This was the worst holiday ever because of this hotel. The Food was vile and the dining room smelt like vomit. Forget entertainment unless you go all inclusive but willing to pay extra. Marmaris Was nice but I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Basically this hotel is so bad im not going to write too much as not worth it

If you believe the bad reviews and dont go to this hotel you would miss out on a fantastic holiday. Couldn't of wished for better staff Aziz and Salli are always smiling and are really kind they are always behind the bar, salli is especially nice and kind and is always there if you need him and ufoo and angel are the best tatooists and hairdressers especially the little on whos only 15 and speaks little english but hes really nice and angel (the hairdresser) is the best hairdresser i have ever had. The pool is always lovely and cool even tho it si in full sun from 10 am till around 7 pm the photographers memo and sadi are really kind and will always take your pictures but will not force you into buying any of them if you dont want to. Some people say the food is repeative but it is turkish so dont go and expect english food because there is none apart from chips at dinner that is it. Take time to talk to the staff because then you realise how nice they really are and they do favour the english because of our good manors. daily maid swervice and rooms are spotless ever day clean towels and bath mats every day. Some people complained of poor air con but ours was fantastic like a walk in fridge. We are now planning on going back next year in may and august that is how much of a good holiday me and my daughter had. The only fault we could find is not enough tables for evening meals and you may be given drinks such as g & t or vodka in plastic cups but if you ask fcor a glass they will wash one for you. This is the first year with new owners with lots more improvments fvor next year.

After reading the reviews before we came, my family and i were very dubious about coming. thankful to say all was not as bad as the other reviews lead you to believe.
On arrival we found that our family room had a double bed and a single, but no cot as requested, but within half an hour of notifying reception one was brought to the room. The air con was also not working 100% but the handy man was sent to re-set and worked fine after that.
On our first night there the entertainment was a fire show, which was really good. The entertainment man did go round asking if we wanted to pay and watch the entertainment show, which we declined and drifted round for free.
The food was basic but fine. With 2 young children we managed ok. Breakfast did get a little repetative with bread and eggs everyday, but a full english for £2 was available in the blackpool bar around the corner. Evening meals were nice usually fish (with the heads and tails on which mortified the mother in law), meat or a veg option, with rice or pasta. There was also soup, salad or fruit availble.
The pool is a good size and very clean. Only downside was being British we like to sit out by the pool longer with our drinks, although the staff were trying to usher us away to get cleaned up, usually by 5.30pm.
The staff there are really good and make an effort if you do. They seem to love kids and called our boy George all the time for some reason. even after telling them that wasn't his name. They are very touchy feely, but after visiting the markets (a must) the Turkish people on a whole seem to be.
The plastic cups are given when around the pool, alcoholic or not. The drinks were fine, beer a bit dodgy, not the Effes, but ok. They served up to 11pm. There was a sign up saying one drink per person which wasn't the case as we drank in rounds. The only exception seemed to be if the management were at the bar *(which was rare).
Rooms were basic but clean. They were cleaned daily by the maids who seem to have a good sense of humour, as our towels were always displayed in fancy patterns, one even being a love heart, which was nice. even our little boys teddy had sun glasses on with a blanket put on the bed.
The hotel seems to be used by lots of russians which wern't an issue. Even played one ina pool competition (which we won).
Overall the hotel isn't the Ritz, but we didn't pay for the Ritz. We were a party of 20 with 5 children who enjoyed the holiday, make an effort with the staff as they like to see you trying. My wife's favourite is a Sharap, or wine.
Would definately come to this hotel again, and would recommend it also. Good time had by all. xx wish we were still there.

We arrived at 07:30 in the morning and we where given a room but when we opened the door it was a double and for 2 sisters it was a little anoying so we went to reception and they sorted us out a twin and we got a safe at a cost of £14 pounds but the air con is free so that was good. We settled in and our maid gave us clean towels every day.
After reading some of the reviews about the food I was very worried about having some form of illness but as it turned out it was very nice and I was ill after eatting Mc Donalds at the airport.
You need to remember that it is 3 star and as long as you keep that in mind you should be prepared.
The pool was very cold but when it hits 40+ you need it and there are plenty of sunbeds and you can move them about if you want to be in the shade or the sun. The hotel had a nice breeze but this was very unusal but quite nice.
Staff great and we had plenty to drink in fact we where getting rounds in at a time, even with the signs up saying 1 drink each. The pool was one of the largest I saw and it was right for the size of the hotel. Take english money as you get a good deal at the massage and turkish baths at the hotel. Very good oil massage.
