was a big spacious hotel, staff where well mannered. Although the man who kept asking if we wanted to go the spa got quite irritating and nasty when you said no. Food was average, and the restaurant resembled a school dinner hall, smelt the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was my first all inclusive holiday so maybe I'm just not used to that. we went with 4 children, who loved the pool and slide. They also enjoyed the kids entertainment and loved cocco and natasha.

Stayed at Grand Cettia for a week all inclusive. The food was excellent with a wide choice and the freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes for breakfast were particularly good. The staff were great and very helpful. The location is a little away from the centre of town and the seafront but there is a bus service from the bottom of the drive every few minutes. It means that there is no noise or hassle.

Room Tip: Although our room had a view of the hills it was fine.

Grand Cettia is a brilliant hotel, the food is lovely although not a good choice for children, the rooms are very nice and just a nice size I wouldn't complain about them, the entertainers of the hotel are excellent, Gokhan (Gogo) is the best, he's such a nice man and gets along with everyone, I have no bad points about this hotel and I would certainly return.

We have been visiting the Cettia now since 2011 two or three times a year. We have stayed all inclusive at the hotel and self catering at the apartments. Both are absolutely first class and we have never had any reason to complain. Easy to walk to beachfront and local shops but a dolmus stops just outside hotel if you prefer. Hotel offers a free bus to a beach which is in Icmeler and sunbeds are provided by the local bar free of charge.
Food at hotel was excellent, wide variety and always replenished quickly.
Food at apartments is selected from a menu which is very varied.
The maids do a brilliant job of keeping both the hotel and apartments spotless.
Would highly recommend Pasha Gold which has a small shop in the hotel foyer. Have made many purchases from the lovely BJ in here. New wedding rings, engagement and eternity rings and i'm sure another purchase is on the cards for our visit in September for our silver wedding anniversary.
Cant wait to be back.

This was not a cheap holiday, we booked all inclusive with Thomas Cook and it was barely okay. The Kids loved the pool and the clubs which were well run, the rep was pleasant, But the hotel let them down. The pool allowed LOTS of inflatables in although it was small but then again the hotel shop was selling these at absorbent prices, there was no management of the slide until a child was hurt (yes a guy sat at the top but originally did nothing). The food is really awful I have never had to go out of an all inclusive to pay for evening meals but we did and to be fair we were not alone - we found an amazing Turkish restaurant about 15 mins walk from the hotel - recommended by a member of management at the hotel for authentic food and we were not disappointed and went there for the final 4 nights of our 7 night stay! The hotel food was horrible they catered for no one the people who wanted English type food had a choice of nuggets and chips or this fried ham things and chips! Which the queues for were round the restaurant. The Turkish food was bland, cold and just not right. One evening they did steaks on the bar be que which were really nice but you can not live off steaks alone!! The café/bar food was pizza and actually could have been okay but the women working there was disgusting she would wipe here nose cough etc and not wash her hands. we did not allow kids to eat there! The bar member struggled to allow all inclusive people to have glasses and kept tring to give us an evening drink in a childs plastic cup - we had to argue every time we went to the bar although people who had to pay got them in glasses., who wants to sit in bar with a beaker of beer or wine!!
