Superb very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely place to boot. The karizma supermarket across the road from the apartment side was the best we found with the best exchange rate too. Food blooming beautiful with lots of selection, clean safe surroundings within the hotel and pool no wear and tear anywhere kept to a high standard. Would definitely stay there again.

Just back from the Grand Cettia Hotel, What a fantastic place, has everything you need, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool with chutes, kids club the staff are excellent with the children. There is a hairdressers/barbers. The food was amazing, the best i have had in an all inclusive in Marmaris. There is Pasha/Cettia Jewelers the two guys who work in there Jack and Eddie couldn't be more helpful, i got my ring fixed and the rest of my jewelry cleaned for free, its all tax free prices i got some great bargains. The Hotel is in Armutulan and also have self catering apartments across the road, they are very nice too. The Hotel was all upgraded just under 2 years ago so its very nice indeed, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday

We travelled to this hotel as a group family (2 adults 3 kids and 2 adults 4 kids),
We arrived in the early hours and the reception and bell boys worked extra hard to ensure we got to our rooms quick so we could sleep :). The rooms were very spacious and very clean everything you need In there. We had to have 2 rooms but the rooms were opposite each other which was a bonus, The restaurant was kept clean and tidy and the staff worked non stop to do this but always happy. The food was always warm and lots of choices. One thing is true that others have said you need to arrive early to get tables at evening as they never seems to be enough tables for everyone....
The entertainment staff went out of there way to make you feel involved and always doing daily friendly comps for all ages, the children club was good and did lots for the young ones included a couple of slumber parties which gave the folks a break. It was my sisters wedding anniversary while we were here and she had a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine delivered to her room as a gift from the hotel. On the 3rd day of our stay we got a call from reception asking if they could send someone up to our room to talk with us. They came and asked us to go look at a different room with a view to upgrade, Wow. We was taken to look round the best room in the hotel. The presidential suite and was given this for free. For the rest of the stay. Which also meant our family could be in one room. We had amazing 2 weeks. You must do the trips. And please. Go see James Marmaris at the travel shop find him on Facebook for the best rates and trips. He will even come to your hotel :) All inclusive boat trips. Turtle beach. Is a must for anyone. Jeep safari. What a great fun day out. But please be prepared to get wet haha.
You will never be stuck to get out and about in Marmaris as wherever your hotel is you will find a dolmus(bus). Passes somewhere close every few minutes no bus stops needed. Just flag it down and shout stop whenever you wanna get off
If you fancy a nice steak take a trip to Tiffany's on the seafront worth every penny. But I must mention if you want to make a good friend. Then please go see tiger at the barracuda on the harbour. It's quite a walk up but worth it. Just to see tiger. Tell him I miss you too much xxx

Stayed for a week over Easter and had a great time. Everyone very welcoming as soon as we arrived, efficient so no waiting around.
As a family with 3 children we required a family room which was fairly spacious however only 1 bathroom but this was not a problem.
The food was fab! A great choice every day and so tasty. The kids enjoyed all the food on offer so there really is something for everyone with fresh food being cooked outside on the grill every mealtime. The restaurant is very tastfully decorated and welcoming with waiter service for drinks. We had a birthday during our stay so the staff arranged a cake and made a nice fuss during dinner.
The facilities are very nice and clean, bars serving a good range of quality drinks. The wine was nice, good beer and spirits and kids cocktails and juice. The Turkish Bath and massage was lovely experience as was the photographs that Sange made fun for the whole family.
There is a jewelry shop, Pasha, which has very nice and good quality stock and the staff were very friendly without being pushy, so you can treat yourself in confidence.
Entertainment was great and this is down to Eddie and his team who were superb. I think 'Yoo-Hoo' will be being said for the rest of the season.
We would certainly go back to the Grand Cettia if we go back to Marmaris.

was a big spacious hotel, staff where well mannered. Although the man who kept asking if we wanted to go the spa got quite irritating and nasty when you said no. Food was average, and the restaurant resembled a school dinner hall, smelt the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was my first all inclusive holiday so maybe I'm just not used to that. we went with 4 children, who loved the pool and slide. They also enjoyed the kids entertainment and loved cocco and natasha.

Stayed at Grand Cettia for a week all inclusive. The food was excellent with a wide choice and the freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes for breakfast were particularly good. The staff were great and very helpful. The location is a little away from the centre of town and the seafront but there is a bus service from the bottom of the drive every few minutes. It means that there is no noise or hassle.

Room Tip: Although our room had a view of the hills it was fine.

Grand Cettia is a brilliant hotel, the food is lovely although not a good choice for children, the rooms are very nice and just a nice size I wouldn't complain about them, the entertainers of the hotel are excellent, Gokhan (Gogo) is the best, he's such a nice man and gets along with everyone, I have no bad points about this hotel and I would certainly return.
