Just back from the cettia after a 2wk holiday, a great time had by all, Lets start with the bell boy who was a cheery lad, reception quick very helpful and always smiling, entertainment team were a laugh, especially Honey with her water gym every morning, but she was always so happy.Natasha a lovely friendly girl who always stopped to speak to you, and the guys were great. The restaurant, food was good always something for everybody even the fussiest of eaters!(unless you just like to moan). The waiters always a good laugh, hard working doing long hours but always had a smile, especially Servet, Hasan,Wolcan and Ozzy. Erin our thomas cook rep was absolutely brilliant couldn't ask for better, always there to help if needed or even just for a chat, even when she wasn't well she still had a smile, u r doing a great job!. The hotel was lovely and clean, the maids did the rooms everyday which were spotless, No complaints from us at all, anyone who reads the negatives please take no notice, they coulndn't have been staying at the cettia, and if people do moan about it my suggestion would be stay at home!!!!!! such a great time booked for another 2wks in october, THANKS AGAIN CETTIA FOR A GREAT TIME!!!!!!!!! Great service, asked if we could change room to be near family, no problem whatsoever couldnt be more obliging. The rooms were spotless, the service was great. The location was just right for us as we didnt want to be too close to beach front. The waiters were great couldnt do enough for you. The Turkish bath at the hotel was amazing, great team and recommended them to others as it was a great start to the holiday. The entertainment team, well you've got to meet them to understand! absolutely crazy dont know where they get their energy from and so friendly its like you've known them forever, We made some really good friends, It was the first time Lyndsey went out down the town but was not worried one bit as the entertainement team all looked after her, Kenny, Jerry, Honey, Natasha, and everyone else you were great. Yes we really will be going to this hotel again. As my sister said next time we wont bother taking towels as you can buy them from the shop opposite really cheap, And we wont be changing money over as you can use the pound there.

I would recommend Cettia apartments to anyone. The staff are the best asset of the resort, they made the holiday for us. The apartments are clean and functional and the centre of Marmaris just a short bus trip away or walk for 15mins.Food excellent thanks to James. Entertainment fantastic thanks to Ozzy and the crew. A friendly ,family atmospere place to stay.

we have just returned from the cettia and had a lovely time. Everyone of the staff were friendly, all the entertainment guys were very hard working. Honey and her water gym in the morning, her shouting i don't know how it would upset anyone as she was so nice, even when she shouted toilet gym to me lol. My husband played ping pong with Natasha in the after noon which was very funny, not really alot of cheating. The hotel was very clean from rooms to pool area, Pool chairs were moved every night for cleaning spotless. As for children falling over sorry parents where were you, most of them were doing what they pleased, nothing to do with hotel. And yes its funny you always seem to get water around the pool area, the workers were forever trying to clear it up, people will run though. As for the food it was very nice for an all inclusive, yes alot of chicken and turkey and meatballs but my goodness the things they can do with it. Also outside they did lots of other things, kebabs, fajitas, beef steak, chicken skewers lots, us english are too fussy. It is one of the only hotels to make an full english once a week, as turkey is a muslim country we should think ourselves lucky as they DO NOT eat pork.. All the restaurant staff were so friendly, Walker , ahmid, syvette and hussain thank you. Also a big thank you to Erin who we spoke to alot and she was always cheery even when she felt really rough and had a chest infectoin, hope you feel better. Will definately be going back. Lastly the bar staff hardly look up at people as they are usually serving two or three people at a time, so smile poor guys they don't have time. I have decided some holiday makers it does not matter where they go they are happy being misarable. We also did the cleopatra and jeep safari with thomas cook as there were a few accidents with the outside trips, was not risking it as know rep vehicles are well serviced and mot'd.

We just returned from an all inclusive holiday for the second time and I can honestly say that I don't understand how some people can write more negatives than positives about this place.
We arrived at stupid o clock in the morning and informed the receptionist that we'd stayed there the year previous and we told her that we had a room next to the lift shaft which was a little bit noisy but ok. She put us in a room at the end of the corridor which the bellboy took us to and it was spacious, clean and quiet, good start. This room was also kept spotlessly clean by our maid for the 2 weeks.
Got up in the morning after a short sleep, went down to the pool at about 8ish and had 2 beds together, had a bit of breakfast and went to see what time we could book the spa treatment for. They booked us in for 1 o clock and the full works cost us £40 each. Worth every penny. Start off with a sauna then the Turkish bath treatment, facial treatment and a full body massage to finish off. All the staff in here were so friendly, make you feel so special, a great way to kick off your holiday. Thanks guys.
The food we had for the fortnight was excellent in the restaurant, does repeat a little bit but overall it was excellent and the waiters in here were the best that we've had in any hotel. Little tips go a long way but are not expected. The show cooking at night time was also very good especially the steaks and the kebabs on Turkish night. If you feel like something simple you can have chips, chicken nuggets, pizzas, burgers etc nearly all day. Brilliant.
The drinks at the bar were served from about 10 am till 11 pm. But it did finish at 11 when the karaoke starts at 11.30 and if you buy the drinks after 11 they are very expensive. The beer was ok, could be stronger, shorts were fine along with the soft drinks. Still drinks from the dispensers you could use all day and fill your bottles for the fridge in your room.
Day time entertainment included water polo, table tennis, volley ball, football, darts and killer pool, all good fun. Entertainment staff were great. We wont comment on the evening entertainment as we didn't see it at all.
We did 2 trips, jeep safari and the boat trip which we booked with Kevin and Dave at the bottom of the hill opposite the appartments. Thanks guys. A little bit further down is our favourite bar, The Meridyen, where it is run by a very nice family who will tend to your every need. When you get fed up with the drink in the Cettia, call in here for an ice cold Efes or Tuborg. They also cook a great steak here.
It's a lovely walk down to the Marina but very hard in the afternoon with the sun at it's hottest. But you can get the Dolmus Bus No3 which will take you down there and back for just over £1.
All in all a great holiday. Thanks to all at Cettia.
