Close to the beach, 15 mins in a taxi from Bar Street. A really nice pool area and a great relaxation spot. Considering what we paid for a week long holiday it was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was generally ok for a week, a bit busy round the pool area at times, but we were there in high season so couldnt really moan about that, not happy about having to buy bottled water everyday from the shop, other all inclusives Ive been to were happy to give out bottled water, also our air con didnt work for the whole week, I complained 3 times, even had the engineer come to our room and advised us he would have to go and get a part from another hotel, we tipped him a 5 lira for his help then never saw him again!!! complained again to the hotel reception but never got it fixed, spoilt the holiday!!

Room Tip: Do not choose room 310 air con doesnt work!!

Travelled with my husband & 7 year old son 30/7-13/8/12, & this was our 1st trip to Turkey...having never considered it in the past.

Wish we'd found this hotel years ago...location was good, set away from busy main road, but within easy walking distance to local shops & beach. You can also jump on the Dolmus on the main road every few minutes, if it's too hot to walk to the harbour.

The hotel itself was absolutely spotless, rooms very spacious & towels/bed linen changed everyday. We had a pool view room wish also had a fab sea view too.

The food was typical all inclusive buffet, and there was always something to eat for us all. Our waiter Ali in the main restaurant always got us a table near the buffet, even at busy times & we always enjoyed a laugh & joke with him. The locally produced wine & spirits were ok, but I would have liked a cocktail list aswell. The waiters only seemed to know how to make one...sex on the beach!

The entertainment team worked hard throughout the day & night, and although it wasn't the best, they were funny & got everyone involved. My son was always involved in the kids entertainment & also got himself a little holiday job helping to collect the glasses from around the pool ha!

The hardest working person in the whole place was Charlie, the pool guy. He literally doesn't stop all day long, in the sweltering heat. Even if you turn up at the pool late in the afternoon, he will find you some decent sun beds & parasol. He also monitored the slides to make sure everyone was safe, although no official lifeguard was on duty.

The Turkish Bath is highly recommended, lovely & relaxing & good price too. Also if you're thinking about getting a tattoo...take your design with you to see Emre. He is a fab tattoo artist & very reasonable. Me & my husband both got tattoos the day before we came home.

I am absolutely gutted to be home, and would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Having stayed in Marmaris before, we had walked past the Grand Pasa and admired the external view of the hotel, we were pretty sure what to expect and we were not disappointed. The hotel is relatively small which means no queing for meals, being able to get a sunbed when you want(rather than having to set your alarm at some unearthly hour) and getting a table in the evening for the entertainment no problem at all.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a decent size with good facilities. Air con good, rooms cleaned daily. The spa is of very good quality having been to Turkey for the last 5 years we have visited several not so clean Turkish baths, its a bit on the expensive side for a Turkish spa but well worth it being on a par with a spa in the UK.
The food is of excellent quality for any all inclusive of course its not the Savoy but then your not paying for the Savoy. All inclusive drinks are locally produced so again not of premium quality but it depends were your expectations are at. The staff are friendly, chatty and helpful and are just out to make sure you have a superb holiday, there are guests are of all nationalities and everyone is catered for.
We visited with a 16 and 19 year old who were taken on an organised coach with the entertainment team to bar street each night and returned safely at 3am. This hotel caters for everyone from young families, to families with teenagers to couples without any kids.
I would highly recommend this hotel we have returned today and will be rebooking within the week for a week in May.
It is super hot at this time of the year so be warned.
