Just returned after 14 nights at Club Aida. What a great place. Firstly a huge thank you to Mustafa for sorting out rooms to suit my needs. Rooms 207 and 208 are perfect location straight into rooms from pool and bar areas.
The entertainment staff are funny, cheeky and work so hard. A big thank you to Ginger, Shaun and Chucky for making our stay funny and enjoyable.
The bar staff this year are 100 % better than 2 years ago, they were all really friendly and would do anything to assist you. A massive massive thank you to Roy and Izzy who looked after us every night and made sure we got the meals we asked for. Izzy is a fantastic bar/restaurant manager and is pleasant to all his staff which is lovely to see.
We totally enjoyed our stay and will be booking up again for 2015...
Take advantage of the flexi dine.. We paid 72 pounds each for 7 nights flexi dine,, this covers 7 days breakfast and three course evening meal. The menu is brilliant and never had a bad meal.
You would be mad not to book your stay here..

Me and my boyfriend wanted somewhere that was close to every where and that's what we got 2 min walk to bars. Resterants and main sea front. The night life is great and bar street is a short 10 min walk (as I hate walking). The hotel is so lovely much better than I expected and will 100% come back. Very clean and food is great. Entertainment team are great fun and Eddie doesn't get enough credit he's amazing lovely lovely man great with the kiddies and adults. Chucky is abit to cocky and it needs to be noted as I felt he wasn't being nice to the rest of his team. A great great stay though and great fun!!

Wow ....This place is amazing.I cant speak highly enough of it really. The staff make the place the best to stay in marmaris by far, from chucky and all the entertainment team to the front desk staff ,shop staff, restaurant staff and manager to the cleaners, they are such genuinely lovely people you feel like you've known them forever which makes all the difference between an ok place and an awesome one.The hotel is spotless with rooms cleaned daily and all other areas cleaned constantly. There is a mini market which is really cheap as is the restaurant. The jeweller is really nice and does great deals. The hairdressers is a must during your stay they are so cheap and great with the kids and they do FREE hair treatments by the pool which is greatly appreciated.Theres plenty to do here from morning to night between fun and games by the pool to the kids club(Jennifer is great with the little ones) to the various nighty acts and kids discos you could never get bored. The hotel is centrally located with shops and restaurants just outside and the beach a couple of minutes down the road.I cannot wait to return and im sure everyone who stays here say the same and rightly so

Room Tip: Email ahead if you require a pool view

This review is hard for me to write, mainly because we have stayed at Club Aida every year for the past 5 years and loved it, this time it was hard, not sure if it is because we have overdone Club Aida, but here we go....

The restaurant is having a lot of teething problems at the moment, staff leaving and new starters arriving meant at busy times often the staff where in chaos. The food coming out of the kitchen had no consistancy, one day a meal would be brilliant, but a few days later the same meal would be dreadful and usually stone cold. There is a new restaurant manager in place this year, Ismail, he was good and understood the issues, always trying his best to get the restaurant back up to the standard it has been on previous years. Last year we ate at the restaurant every night but didn't opt for the flexi dine as we didn't know much about it, this year we bought 14 days flexi dine without hesitation as thought the restaurant would be just as good, I think we binned about 4 flexi dine tickets for the evening meals. The breakfasts were always good, and if we ate from the lunch menu, this was also good, not quite sure what happened by the evening time. Maybe these are just teething issues and as the season moves on the kitchen will improve.

Chucky and his team were as fabulous as ever, was a shame to see Mickey go part way through the holiday, but I do feel it's time to "revamp" the entertainment on offer, as it appears to be the same every year, the only thing that changes is the club dance. The guys all do a brilliant job, but when you've watched the same thing for 5 years, it does grain on you a little, or like I said previously maybe we have overdone Club Aida.

The photographer has changed this year, and up to press not a very good one. Every year we have had pictures from the photographers and all been fabulous photo's, this year the guy spent over an hour taking photo's of us with only 2 that turned out ok, he did take some around the pool during the day, but when I asked for an album of around 15/16 and the remaining photo's on disc, as in previous years, he wouldn't do the disc. Eventually after a lengthy discussion and intervention from other people in the hotel he agreed to sell the disc too. Hopefully he will improve as the season goes on!

The hotel itself was spotless as ever, cleaning done every day to it's usual high standard, and the reception staff were all brilliant.

Reggie and his staff in the hairdressers where all brilliant (as usual) along with Yasemin in the gift shop and Errol in the jewellers. Couldn't fault them at all.

Family of 2 adults and 2,girls aged so 8 and 7. Great hotel, friendly staff throughout. Very clean. Good food served in restaurant but lots of great places to eat in marmaris. We went the waterpark managed to get all 4 of us for 70 lira (£22) basic only about 6 rides but enough for our girls. Sunbeds were plentiful (whit school holiday) so no getting up early and they very comfy. Entertainment team were great fun. We would define return.

Room Tip: We were in room 4203 although we didn't have a great view we always got a great nights sleep!
