Beautifull, Beautifull, Beautifull...love it, love it, love it... Its a true palace. The rooms make u feel like royalty. The beds are the best beds i ever experienced in hotels history. The spa & the swimming pool are just a dream come true. Food is good. Location is great cuz its in the center of the village. In brief, royalty is a reality when you live in this palace. The rest i leave up to you to imagine.

Could be a nice boutique hotel at this thermal station, but ! The Room was ok, but not the sleeping quality ( bed, isolation). The spa is ok and the outside pool area is good. The service is chaotic at somtimes inexistent. The food quality was really not terrible ( breakfast and dinner).

Lovely hotel - clean, comfy, great spa ( we had private hamman which was really fun as well as therapeutic). Staff were really helpful. Pools nice. Views great. Village was interesting to wander around. Good value for half board provided that you dont mind the inevitable buffet. dining room a bit characterless but the balcony was magical. It should be remembered this is the Asian part of Turkey and women should cover up if they don't want disapproving glances.

Didn't know what to expect here-- but try to seek out thermal water on all of our trips so gave it a go. Took an easy ferry across from Istanbul-- about 45 minutes. Then a taxi up to the lovely Limak Thermal.

It is at the foot of some really pretty mountains-- something we hadn't expected. You can eat (included) meals outside overlooking the gorgeous scenery-- however we didn't do this, as all the smokers sat outside.

Two pools-- one indoor and hot in a peaceful and pretty solarium with lounge chairs all around. The pool outside is lovely, but we didn't swim there because it is cool water-- and the weather was pretty cool when we were there. We did lay out in the shade overlooking the hills. Wonderful.

Our room was large, beautiful and super comfy. Bed was amazing and bedding was quality. Light switches for reading at the bed-- and little tables on each side. Loved the thermal tap for the bathtub-- super hot and just magic. Our room looked down toward the town below and had 2 tiny little balconies.

The included breakfast and dinner were plenty of food for the day-- we were never tempted to get lunch. Food was good-- some items better than others. I particularly liked the many salad choices and freshly grilled meats to order. (usually 3 choices of meats each night.)

The staff was just terrific. Front desk was friendly and eager to help. (not all staff spoke English.) Special thanks to staff members Hircam and Levant. I don't usually learn staff names-- but they were so sweet, attentive and helpful at ever meal... working hard and always smiling. They made us feel at home.

This is an expensive and special treat-- but worth every cent. We didn't run into another American during our 4-night stay. This was a really memorable birthday stay!

P.S. -The hotel found us a driver for the afternoon, who took us to a waterfall I had read about... it was a really lovely outing and the 'park' was filled with local families out for a little hike.

Excellent spa facilities with hot water springs , hammam, sauna, indoor, pool. Restaurant and food is very good, staff well trained and try to make your stay faultless. Location is outside town, far from civilisation, a nice retreat for families and couples, beautiful building, nicely decorated, comfortable rooms with full facilities including underfloor heating etc..
I would have given five stars if the hotel management could decide to which type of customer they target to host in their nicely re built hotel. There were two groups of 20 people company convention one pharmaceutical company with dealers, another retailer with customers at the same time making it a busy convention center instead of a retreat boutique Hotel.

Room Tip: Make sure you check if there is a noisy business convention crowd before you book this hotel.

A little bit far from Yalova downtown. You have to drive your car or get on a mini buses to get there. For guests coming from Istanbul you can have three choices. One is to get on ferries or sea buses to Yalova. Second choice is to drive your car. Third one is to have a bus ticket for Yalova. Fron down town it takes about 20 minutes to get this nice butique thermal hotel. The area which the hotel built is one of the Arab tourists come. Particularly in summer season you can see many Arabic people staying at different hotels around. Hotel is so small and expensive but luxury. Service quality is high and hotel people are so friendly. There is a confined and open thermal pool under restaurant. You can see trees around hotel. If you do not bother yourselve I recommend you to stay for a couple days here.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side are open to forest.

While staying in Termal at another hotel, we dropped into the Limak to look around as we will bring a group back here and thought it looked quite lovely. We were treated rather shabbily by the front desk personnel, as if we had no business looking around. The next day we went back to have tea and a drink in the lounge. When I tried to pay, the bill was slightly ripped. The desk clerk refused to take my money, turned up her nose and told me to take my bill back to the shop keeper who had given it to me as change.

VERY rude front desk personnel. I will NOT bring our group to stay here. There are plenty of options in Termal and this is not a good one.
