I came many years ago in this hotel and I have to say I was very satisfied of my stay this time. First of all the service is outstanding, with little means they make sure you feel comfi. I tried two rooms, because of football games most of the hotels were full and I was booking at the extreme last minute. The first night I stayed in the Nuptial suite, a decor to see if you like Rococco the only draw back of that room is that the living and bathroom are downstair and the room is upstair and the stairway is steep. breakfast is more than satisfactory and room service is excellent as well.I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Also they have multinational channels on TV. the second room was the Japanese one, here also a theme decor, very nice and comfortable, for sure a good choice for business and or pleasure

Room Tip: this is a hotel for quietness, so if you look for disco or bar, this is not the hotel for you

Although the hotel is situated in the center of the city, you can hardly guess about it when you look outside the window of your room. There are numerous cottages outside and a small park nearby. Besides, the traffic outside is not heavy at all and there are no noices that would make you think you are in the heart of the big city.
The staff of the hotel is always helful and friendly, which makes you feel at home even though the atmosphere of the hotel is more of a business kind.
As I always try to keep fit, I visited the gym and the pool in Prague hotel. They are not awesome or superb, but their style fits the hotel perfectly. For me, they are the essentials which every hotel should offer and the Prague hotel meats my tastes and expectations concerning these sport facilities.
If you have spare time while staying in this hotel, make sure you enjoy everything it has to offer their guests! Take care!

I stayed there at least 10 times (1-2 nights) when visiting Donetsk on business in 2009-2011. This is the really outstanding hotel taking into account its price (around 100 USD for a standard room). But you get much more for the money you pay:
- good customer service;
- interesting architecture;
- the rooms are spacious with high ceilings (about 4 m in most rooms);
- I liked the rooms' design very much and there was not one pair of the same rooms;
- onsite restaurant Zlata Praga - a little bit expensive, but very good indeed and open late;
- amazing breakfast included in the price (like in a 5-star hotel);
- pool and whirlpool included in the price (probably, a gym as well);
- great location - minutes drive to the city center, but in a very quiet place (no outdoor noise at all);
- onsite parking.

I tried a couple of other hotels in Donetsk, but they were a disaster.

If I ever came back to the city (now live far away from Ukraine), I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Choose rooms no too close to the restaurant. It's open late (till 11 pm or maybe later) and usua...

This was one of the strangest hotels I've used. For starters, the first room smelled so badly we had to request a new one, which was speedily accomplished with no hesitation, but the window was open (on a winter day) to the smelly room, so it seems housekeeping knew about the odor. Why assign such a room to a guest? Next, the layout is a mystery, and rather than a fun feature, it seems disjointed with dark hallways, twists and turns. We were told at check-in to come to the desk when ready for dinner because we would need a guide to the hotel restaurant...did we ever. The breakfast room was easily found the following morning, but the food was extremely poor and some kind of oil seemed to be the main ingredient of most items. I wondered both at dinner and breakfast what would happen if there were a fire in the building because both rooms were underground and no visible means of exit anywhere. This castle wannabe hotell, in its faded glory, is not a place to which I would return. Oh, and, lest I forget, the room had large windows and faced east, but no blackout curtains. Awake at 5 am. Positives: Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Despite worn out looking bedspread, the room was very clean and the bathroom spotless.

This hotel is located in a park nearby the city cente and has a very interesting architecture which could be also seen in the unique style that each of the hotel 41 rooms has. 19 of this rooms are in the so-called block A, 22 in Block B. There are different categories of rooms, but all of them are quite clean and relatively big in size; buffet breakfast, gym and swimming-pool are included into the room rate. The room rates start from 740 UAH (around 90 USD) for a standard room. There is a very nice restautant in the hotel just for 25 people with the name "Zlata Praha" that is quite classy as interior and cusine and serves European and Ukrainian dishes. The hotel offers a nice sport centre and a very good indoor swimming pool as well as a guarded parking for its guests. There is a free WiFi access in the lobby. I would recommend Prague hotel to everyone who's visiting Donetsk!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big (2 floors). Bathroom is very big. Good food and service. Most of the crew can speak english.
In the lobby there is a little bar with free internet (WIFI).
I stayed there for a week and had a good time. Good service.
Minor, the hotel is not close to the city centre. Outside the hotel there is not much to see or to do. No shops. You need a taxi for everything.
