We have stayed here twice. usually just a night. Once on our own and then with family who were visiting. Its a very beautiful drive up the mountain. If you live in use its perfect for a day away from the bigger cities, and they always have offers on group on. On the day you can go to the viewing decks along the road after the hotel and there are kids play areas. The pool is nice and with a sit on bar in the water.Michael the bar man from Nigeria was friendly and offered us great service. They have a small kids pool with water slides but our daughter did not try them.My only problem with this hotel is food. They really have to do something. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner in one buffet restaurant and most items are not edible.its just the way they are cooked.the chefs need more training or hire better chefs.Even simple arabic food they can't get it right. The rooms are actually nice and comfortable and great value for the price. The front office staff 2 ladies chatted a lot in the reception during our check in , they spoke Arabic which was very unprofessional in front of us.

This is a 4-star hotel with 2-star service and 5-star prices. Very disappointing all round.
Yes, the location is stunning, but that's not enough to justify the prices at this pretty faded hotel.
There are lots of facilities and the pool area was nice, but it was very busy and there were screaming children everywhere. We had to fight for a lounger and also for space in the pool.
The rooms were large but the pillows enormous and made of rock so I woke up with a sore neck, not ideal when you're paying so much for what should have been a relaxing stay.
I found the food very mediocre (and overpriced) and breakfast was mayhem; there weren't enough tables and piles of dirty plates were piled up everywhere.
The staff their best, but they were overworked and service wasn't great as a result.
The whole place felt like a Butlins but without the fun.
WiFi was not free, and there were no English television channels.

Room Tip: Avoid being above the Shisha terrace. Pumping music all night.

Driving in at night, you can see the lights from faraway which was magical. It was already cool in November, hence, we were able to enjoy the views at night when we stayed for shisha and drinks in the outdoor restaurant after having checked-in. The room is spacious with a balcony that overlooks the property. Views are really nice when you wake up in the morning. We went to spend some time in the pool area and had a great buffet brunch in the restaurant. The views were also amazing going down from the mountain.

Went for a night's stay in Apr. The weather was good so hoped it would be a great outing. The check in took normal time, however, the front desk staff was very friendly. The lifts work with the access card, though it is a little inconvenient but that’s not much of a worry. The rooms are big and luckily we got a room facing the city and the pool. The only thing which I found negative was presence of couple of cockroaches one on baby cot and the other one in the bathtub. I reported and showed the images to the front desk staff while checking out, not sure what is done to prevent that. The pool area is lovely, especially the water slides. We also enjoyed playing billiards and mini golf which were free. They also had a nice indoor kids play area where my daughter spent most of her time. The breakfast had very limited choices.
Would definitely go back.

Room Tip: Room facing pool, city view. Corner rooms are spacious but not with very good view

Worst stay. Cleaniliness of the toilet in the lobby was mortifying, didn't even bother stay more than a day. This is suppose to be a 4 star hotel? I wouldn't give then 1 star.

Good luck if you're going there. Take your own sheets, towels, toilet paper, and whatever else you may need.

I first visited this wonderful hotel with my friend on Dec 2012, then when I got married I took my wife there for two nights. In short, we enjoyed everything there from check in to out. We were equipped with BBQ items and there are lovely sitting areas outside the hotel (on the way down) where we had our BBQ just the two of us.
