We came in this hotel to spend our precious time together with my husband. I know this hotel from friends that is why we came and try the facilities and service of Acacia as they said it was a very nice hotel. First, the lobby was nice and clean which gives us the first impression that the room that they will give us is even more than we expected. The reception people was good and nice upon check in, bellboys are there to assist you and finally when we went to the room that we've been waiting it was so fantastic. It was very clean and shiny and the room attendant was there in the floor was greeting and welcoming us as well which was very nice and makes us feel good at first stage of our stay. All the staff are friendly, food are good and everything was excellent. Only my comment was the water in our toilet is yellow once it was opened but after few minutes it was gone, just need to check that since it was not good, and internet as well is slow and all the time disconnected.
But all was ok. Good Job everyone! Definitely we will comeback here again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the pool view is nice.

Since i have my work in a site near accacia hotel, i stay in this hotel quite often. Very comfortable stay, affordable price, clean and hygienic rooms. Rooms are cleaned everyday and towels/bedsheets are properly replaced. The food (buffet) is fantastic. They provide all kinds of continental cuisines. There is tourism and car rental facilities. There are about 5-6 clubs nearby for the single guys.(But don`t worry it`s not in the open so families wont have any issues regarding this). There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel(it`s not very easy to get a taxi in ras al khaimah so this is a boon) All the staff were friendly. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

A relatively basic hotel that is not in the best of settings. Local factories and construction work near by. I have stayed here on several occasions this year due to work commitments and as a Dubai based professional, I had no other choice at the time. I would have not, for example, chosen this place, if I was going on holiday.

The rooms were ok and their was good entertainment in the form of live music in the restaurant and bars and a small night club !!. amazing talent stuck literally in the middle of the desert. The facilities were reasonably good too with a very good Spa and a reasonably better gym for this area. it could do with some more equipment and it is was in the basement level, that is a shame as it does have potential. The outdoor Pool is a good size. The food is good and reasonably priced with an all you can drink and eat buffet every night with varying international themes.

After requesting a specific room, on one of my stays, for the lower floor via the booking remarks section, this I found had clearly been ignored. The reception staff at the hotel made me feel I was putting them out when I requested the room. Eventually after a period of time I was booked in with a compromise. This is my third stay at this hotel this year due to work related requirements. Although the hotel has some great people there, particularly, the entertainment, spa and coffee shop staff I am not sure if I would book this hotel again, if given a choice, and in particularly if it was a business trip. This is due to the fact that the room internet facilities were ridiculously poor and on one of the stays did not work at all. The support for this problem was poor and I eventually gave up on anyone competent enough (after repeated request) helping in this matter. laptops may work in the lobby. Infuriating if you are a business person relying on basic communication needs, the peace and quiet of your room to work.

The area of RAK is beautiful and if you explore there is quite a lot to see in the area particularly if you are a keen photographer. So ensure you read your area travel books prior to arrival.

The Picture I enclose is of Norma, she was a exceptional musician and entertainer at the Acacia on my visits and we photographed this within 10 minutes of the hotel, in a deserted, almost ghost town, of the traditional Al Hamra village that is now rightfully protected by the emirati heritage group. It has working wells and is like going back in time...fantastic. So there is a great deal to see near the hotel if you are prepared to explore, with greta photographic opportunities.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for Eid weekend. The hotel is very simple, clean and beautiful from inside. What is important here is that the staff are very pleasing and respectful always smiling and wishing. I would like to mention a special thanks to Mr Karthikeyan in Room Service who provided us an excellent service during our stay in the hotel. Karthikeyan was very cooperative with us in everything. His approach and his mannerisms are really outstanding.

There was only one issue which I faced is that we could not use the jacuzzi. It was not working and the lady there said that she has to call the engineer. I was there for two nights 18th and 19th night but until then it was not rectified. Appreciate if you could look into this matter.

On the whole it is an excellent hotel and I hope to come back to stay in the future also.

While this property is simply ideal for long-stay in growing Ras Al Khaimah, dining in its outlet is a great way to treat yourself. Located in the industrial area of Ras Al Khaimah, just opposite RAK Ceramics, it is a brilliant property managed by Bin Majid group, a very known tourist hotel developer in Ras Al Khaimah. Tonight it is one of the many weekly theme nights and it is just the place to get lost with the ambience. If you are in Ras Al Khaimah and need a distraction, you need to try one of the theme nights at the hotel. And if you wish to chill out during the weekend, there is the ACACIA Night Club or Tides Bar and simply a night's stay at a very reasonable price.

Room Tip: For long stay choose the one bedroom suite on the 4th floor. It is simply ideal if you have just rel...

I stayed at the hotel on a business trip across the UAE in June. The entire hotel is absolutely brilliant! From the expansive modern lobby to the quality of rooms, and the brilliant restaurant buffet and staff. Whilst the hotel is set away from the sea front the nearest shopping mall is less than 10 minutes away by car. The location of the hotel necessitates use of a car. Upon entry you are struck by the lobby. Wi Fi is free in the lobby area and the quality of the rooms is simply superb. They have high ceilings with wooden floors, making them different from the stock hotel rom design. Our room was located on the 7th floor on a corner location from where we could see the swimming pool. The service throughout the hotel was slick and efficient. Best of all was the restaurant that served a superb international buffet. Sushila was excellent in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for her. I can thoroughly recommend the Acacia to anyone travelling with a car. The value for money received at the Acacia was the best anywhere in the UAE and I will certainly coming back and will recommend the Acacia to family and friends and indeed anyone looking for luxury for minimal outlay.

Room Tip: The higher floor rooms have excellent views some even showing the coastline

My second trip has just ended...slightly larger group this time. Loved every minute.

Iceland water park is the business.

A world of improvement, under new management, since last year.

Keep it up.
