Not sure what to say about this hotel. Let's start with the negatives: Arrived at 2am to be informed that our tour company had not paid for the rooms so they wanted my credit card to hold the money until it was sorted the following day (which we had to do). Were shown up to our rooms which did not have a sea view which we had booked so we asked to be moved. We eventually got to our rooms at 4am.We contacted the tour agent the following day who informed us that they had paid and that they would contact the hotel which they duly did and phoned me back to say everything was ok. Next - pool much too small and too noisey. The music is loud and not background music (not really needed). Sun beds round pool were so close together that you could read what the person next to you was reading. Would not like to stay here if the hotel was full (only part of it open at the moment). All inclusive mini bar in room included 2 cans of beer (ok if you drink beer), 2 soft drinks and biscuits. no tea/coffee in room. Positives: rooms spacious and clean. food good despite reading what other travellers had said there was plenty to chose from in the main dining room and the al a carte restaraunts were very good (the downside being that you had to book these in advance). Majority of staff very pleasant and helpful especially the Sea and See bar staff who worked relentlessly. On the whole I know it has only been opened since February but I do think some things still need to be ironed out

We have been to this hotel twice. The first was paid for with hard earned cash and the second was complimentary as a result of the first visit!

We were disappointed with many aspects of the first visit, but as it was a new hotel we put it down to teething problems. On the day before check out, we were called in our room asking if our stay was OK and would we like a late check out. We agreed 4pm and my husband I were very impressed. However on the day of check out, we were called at 3pm on the mobile phone demanding to know where we were, were we still in the hotel, we haven't paid the bill!!! Needless to say we were not happy - we then told the hotel of all the issues over the weekend which resulted in a free weekend. That was a good result, but to be honest neither of us wanted to return (except our daughter - if it has a pool she's happy anywhere).

To summarise,

The hotel was fine, location not brilliant, the only major flaw with regard to the rooms were no tea or coffee making facilities, though there were little things like not enough soaps in the bathroom and no extractor fans in the bathroom (but thats being extra picky). When we arrived it was hot and sticky but AC not on in room, so room was extremely warm.

Entertainment for the children seemed decent, though my daughter didn't use the children's club personally.

There aren't enough sunbeds around the pool - people were using the cafe area to sit there with towels etc, which meant when you wanted to use the cafe it was difficult. The good thing was the all inclusive - the food and drinks around the pool were fine and on tap, so that worked well.

If 18-30's meets Benidorm is your thing with loud blaring music and 'entertainment' then this is the hotel for you. If you want to lie around the pool in peace and tranquil surroundings then this is definitely NOT the place for you!!

We only used the buffet restaurant and it was OK - can get extremely busy and canteen like. One evening was OK the other terrible. The staff were trying their best, but there's obviously not enough of them. There was no cutlery etc on the table after the previous persons use, so we had to scavenge for clean cutlery. The food is mediocre - lots of mismatched items trying to please lots of cultures it seemed.

Overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else!!

Flight very good with emirates bad greeting for transfers as had to wait for another couple who seemed to take for ever to get passed customs another couple had to pay 50 pounds for taxi transfer although booked throw same travel company
On arrival to hotel we had to wait until very late in the day to get a room which was not deluxe then our toilet blocked Jon day 2 after talking to otheter couples on same deal we moved to deluxe room over lining pool we bought this holiday on a ultra inclusive deal not happy that it was ultra
We went to the beach every day as no beds where available by the pool already taken by 8.30 am
You need to sort out your rules!!!!

Room Tip: Do not go into 3 building room unclean and no balcony and no view

Clean and Spacious Hotel with a great All Inclusive concept....
The pool is great but the addition of an in-pool bar would have topped it off (first world problems!)

What makes the hotel fantastic is the staff, and in particular ANTHONY who works tirelessly by the pool with the biggest and warmest smile on his face that makes you want to adopt him.
The other pool games organizer was also very enthusiastic and clearly loves his job!

If I had one small gripe it was that we did not make a reservation for the Japanese a la carte restaurant and simply showed up on the saturday, to be told that it was fully booked at 6pm, but was virtually empty. Even when we waited around and pleaded with the hostess for a quick seating before the rush it made no difference, walking past 10 empty tables left a bitter taste...so we resorted to the buffet.

Other than that we had a great time celebrating my 30th Birthday and will definately be back...we had a smooth check in process despite reading about other peoples experiences...They even let us extend our late checkout...

I will start with the positive, the Hotel is very clean, great for relaxation, pool is amazing with great activities, the hotel is all inclusive, which is great since you don't have to carry any cash around and also provide a late check out (they offered us till 8 pm, which is also great), finally, all the staff were amazing, from the receptionist Patristia who welcomed us till Micheal who checked us out, all this makes is hotel deserve 5 point easily.

Now the areas that we hoped it was better and if improved, the hotel will be much better, first, the rooms was a little bit smelly when we entered, as it seems, the building as we were told was new, thus there we some dust smell, also the room did not have some basic items like suggestion board and remote for the TV, the bathroom although looks great, yet the water temperature keeps changing from very cold to very hot when taking a show. finally, although the hotel has a lot of good restaurants, yet the are very slow in their service and some are not available during day time. The main restaurant buffet can be a lot better.

I will definitely go there again and I recommend it to everyone, yet I really this small things get enhanced for a perfect experience,
