Just back from an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. All positive comments about this hotel, room beautiful and clean, food and drinks top class and beach and pools are stunning The customer service is the best I have experienced, can't wait to go back.

Room Tip: We had a garden view room in the main building which was on the ground floor, very good location.

Great and helpful staff, superb resort, marvelous breakfast, so many choices of pools and beaches. Highly recommended for honey mooners and families as well....ohhh and it's very near to the city centre

Room Tip: Must be a sea view or you will miss the morning's incredible peaceful feeling

We have now stayed at the Hilton Resort and Spa on a number of occasions.
With such a choice in the Northern Emirates, the fact we return time and time again says it all.
On this occasion we visited with our grandchildren and our daughter and son in law who were visiting from the UK.
We requested adjacent rooms... on check in we were allocated adjacent rooms..
We requested a cot.. no issues there either.
And room upgrades too..
Hilton at it best actually reading requests made at the time of booking.
The rooms were not available when we arrived, as we we arrived at noon... a promise that as soon as the rooms had been serviced we would receive a call... it was less than 60 minutes and reception called us.... how many hotels promise to call and you end up chasing them!
The pools especially with young children in tow are perfect.
The grandchildren loved the childrens area in the main restaurant and managed to avoid the french fries!
Once again the staff and service despite the hotel being very full was excellent.
A few niggles:
All Inclusive.. - We recently visited another hotel belonging to a large chain in Abu Dhabi and they were offering an All Inclusive Rate for UAE residents only... yet at the Hilton as a UAE resident the option is not available despite most the guests being on that basis!!
No towels available around the pool on check in... we had to "complain" before any action was taken.
Reservation system ... the "standard" hotel rooms state sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.. try and book one for 2+2 and it will only let you book a suite.(Book as two adults and one child.. then call or email to add the second child!)

Despite the niggles would we return.... yes....

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms... just different locations.. remember the hotel in hugh!! See the tip above...

Regarding your niggle about the all inclusive option for UAE resident, it is possible whether you book for a minimum of three nights stay with us. I also appreciate your recommendation for the Tripadvisor community concerning your booking for a family stay with two children. The booking system does not allow more than 3 people per room so you are right, the best way is to call our reservation in order to directly update your booking with us.

I will share your review with my department heads for their follow up and already, we all look foward to welcoming back with the entire family for another enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa with my wife and daughter to celebrate ours 10. anniversary. I've been in many hotels around the world but this is my first review because this hotel it really deserves.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and enjoyed some unexpected extras in the superb room , like nice anniversary cake and petals signs on the beds. The room ( 3330 ) was spotless clean as well as entire hotel, pools and beaches. The choice of AI food definitely meets 5* standarts. I'm very picky, but every day I was able to find at least one delicious meal.All staff greeted you on sight with a smile, which is not common everywhere and it's very nice.

But the best experience I had there were waiters. Especially Jhun, nothing was a problem for him.For example ,when he saw my wife at dinner cough. Immediately asked if she dont mind to try his best medicine and in a sec he ran with the lemon juice and honey, that really helped her.

Attentive, helpful and always smiling. I must congratulate the hotel management so they can train staff to that level. You can be really proud of your staff.

Best advice for all here who are complaining about the staff,location and food. Do remember to treat the staff with respect ,they'll reward with excellent service! This hotel is far from Dubai and is primarily intended for quiet family vacation. If you want more entertainment spend money and book hotel in Dubai. You cant expect big steaks for dinner with all inclusive anywhere ,if you want them, buy them at the Pura Vida restaurant in the resort, as well as I did. They are great.

For the money I got much more than I expected and felt welcome the whole stay.
We do not travel in the same place twice, but i am sure we make an exception :) Highly recommending this hotel. Staff will make your stay unforgettable.

We went for a two days trip with the family. . It was a holiday so you would expect staff to be on their toes. There was a queue at registration, the hotel was full. We were quickly settled thanks to a zealous and smart receptionist.
The rooms were neat and tidy, and then we headed to the pools.
And then we met the staff, busy, angry, tired, on the edge...we could clearly feel that they had no training and no business being in the hospitality sector . Several incidents later during the course of our stay, we decided it was a good location, good hotel, with very very bad management.

Room Tip: Choose a villa on the beach as it has it's perks, away from the crowd, access to different pools...

This hotel is wonderful and I would go back again and again and again!!!
The food is amazing, so much choice, the rooms are lovely, very modern and clean, both times we have been we have had garden terrace and the pool has been a few steps away.
The service is amazing, nothing is to much trouble for any member of staff, I dont think I have ever seen a member of staff not smiling.
We were All Inclusive and this is something I would definately recommend although it is a shame it finishes at midnight, I do wonder if the hotel will ever consider extending this.

Every day we ate lunch in the Al Bahar where they have a BBQ, Its all so healthy and tasty! We would like to give a special mention for Sagar in the Al Bahar who made us feel so welcome and special and we were very sad to say goodbye!!! Also thank you to the BBQ chef whose name we did not get for cooking us such tasty food!

At night we ate in the main restaurant every night, and as there is a different theme each night we were more than happy with this! Our favourite nights were South American and Indian and our favourite member of staff was Keith, she was so friendly, always remembered us and talked to us and again made us feel so welcome.
One of the chefs Diana, also was very sweet and always talking to us and recommending food for us.
My boyfriend found it quite hard not to be able to wear shorts to the restaurant as it was so hot at night, so it meant having to wear long trousers for dinner and then go and get changed to go on elsewhere which was a bit annoying but again we understand, but sometimes some smart shorts and a shirt can be smarter than what some people would wear at dinner, even if they are wearing long trousers!

A few nights we went to the 6 degrees bar, which has the potential to be great, but was never busy! Which is a shame as it has lovely views. Maybe in busier months they get more people in?
We also liked the pool bar, when we visited in September they had music playing but this visit they didnt which was a shame as it was very quiet.

Our cleaner for room 2125 was Wael. He was just fantastic! Every day we came back to a sparkling clean room, and a different piece of towel art! He took time to talk to us, looked after us in any way possible and again we were very sad to say goodbye to him.

We also used the spa, on both holidays and had a couples massage - amazing!!!!! Was the perfect end to our holiday!

All in all this holiday was fantastic, the hotel really is wonderful and we are already looking at dates to come back!!!!

Room Tip: We liked our room 2125 as it right by the pool, we met people in room 2111 and this is slightly near...

this place is fantastic ,this is my 7th visit with my family,always stay inbeach villa ,the villas are perfect evething you need,and walk straight on to the beach.the staff are great there are so many names to mention from moses who always got my husband his gluten free food he wanted ,to all the girls in the lobby bar,and garry in the italian restaurant is fantasic,all the staff at dhow bar bhakta and monty and pawan and chef ali.they carnt do enough for you.the food is lovely lots of choice for everyone ,the italian is my favourite.the service everywhere is excellent.everthing about this hotel is great,give it i go you wont be dissappointed.
will be back for my 8th visit soon.keep up the good work.
