This is a very inviting place, you can see the red sun umbrellas at the edge of the peninsula from far away as you walk along Paseo de San Gabriel.
Unfortunately, the experience does not live up to the promise of the location.
Food is below standard (for me the worst in South America), but the location makes it worth to sit in for a drink. I suggest you go for something that they cannot get wrong (e.g Patricia beer) as their caipirinha was of similar quality to their food. Service is good, but this does not compensate for the awful tastes.
Stick with drinks only if you are tempted to visit this place and have your food somewhere else in this lovely city!
