I have now been to Serevan several times. Each time it has been great food. Last night it was the chicken and scallops. Both were excellent. As good as you can get at any restaurant in the area.
What I also like about the restaurant is that the chef walks around the restaurant and actually greets and speaks with the guests. Last night we heard him describe the specials to a couple who had been to the restaurant before. You could tell the pride he took in constructing those dishes and using ingredients that he had sourced locally or in his garden. Happily, the care with which he creates his dishes compares with how that taste. And that is great.
