We paid 10$ for two people. The room was big with two big okey beds. The sheets were dirty when we arrived and we asked them to give us new ones which they did but we had to change them ourselves. The walls were mouldy and the bathroom stank. There were ants in the room then we were visited by a cockroach and a lizard. The staff were friendly and helpful but didn't tell the truth about the bus trip we bought from them. Horrible sleeping bus trip from Hoi An to Mui Ne. Disgusting bus and horrible bus staff.

We arrived after a very long bus journey to have a lovely bubbly woman greet us at the bus station. She took us to the hotel which was pretty nice and not a bad price plus they had a swimming pool! Everything qua fairly ok and as you expected it to be. The only bad points in this hotel were the exchange rate they charge you from dollars to dong.

Also the pool is freezing but when i braved a swim one of the staff members started taking photographs of me swimming on their camera phone without asking or saying anything. I got out of the pool and stated i was really unhappy about this and they shrugged laughed and said sorry. I was really unhappy with this and felt too uncomfortable to use the pool for the rest of the stay.

We found the hotel late one evening and we were to tired to go anywhere else. Was only 10 dollar for a double room. For everyone giving it bad reviews the hotel was packed out. The room was clean and tidy. Needed redecorating but it would do for the price. The manageress was very helpful and informative. She in no way pushed any tours or tailors on us. She had a book of the tailers that people had used alog with their reviews. There was many different ones so you could see she wasnt pushing any. The front doors were lockes by half 10 which was annoying so we had to bang to wake the guy up to let us in. Its not far from the old city only a small walk. Prob wouldnt stay here again but i dont regret staying.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were simple, but nice. Air con and cable tv. hot water and a fan. Kept clean. decent breakfast and the staff wete very nice. A bit of a walk into town, but not bad. Rent a bicycle from across the street for $1.

Room Tip: Room 307 smells a bit like mildew.

Hotel has bad reviews but I wouldn't agree. Service was great, we arrived before check in time so the receptionist let us use a room upstairs to shower and leave our bags whilst we waited for our room. Same receptionist was golden helping us book travel and even phoned a food delivery service when we were too hungover to leave the hotel, making the process much easier. Had no problems with this place, other than one of the days the water was bust for about 3 hours, although it was midday most were out anyway. Wifi was great, rooms were clean for the most part, shower was hot, air con worked great. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a middle of the road priced hotel!

We were caught with out guard down after a terrible 15 hours bus trip from Nha Trang. They offered to take us in their free shuttle bus to the hotel and we agreed (hey, one is weak and dont feel like "negotiating" with taxi drivers after a 15 hours bus ride, and they know it!) So they took half the bus with them.
Hotel looked dodgy but we agreed to stay only because we were in desperate need of a shower, we regret it immediately! The whole hotel is outdated, rooms are small and dirty, the bathroom is disgusting. We have stayed in old hotels before, they cannot being old, but there is no excuse for being dirty
My advise, if you ended up in this hole by whatever reason, is to RUN!!! Run like the wind!.... you won't even need to go far, the hotel next door is a great alternative! Similar price and much much better quality

Room Tip: To choose a good room, choose a room at hotel hotel....any other hotel!

This was probably our poorest hotel experience in Vietnam. First of all, we booked through an agency, Agoda, which promised good value prices, and then overcharged us by insisting that only 1 person was allowed per double room, and you had to pay extra for a second person (so perhaps avoid booking with them, too!). When we tried to rectify this by asking the hotel management what prices they normally charge per room, the manager was strangely evasive and gave us no direct answer. He was not a particularly friendly type, which is always off-putting. The staff varied according to the individual - some were smiley and helpful, others rather sour.

The rooms were small, rather dark, and not very attractive. There were blankets rather than duvets and nothing looked particularly clean - the bath in particular had stains that looked to have been there for years. No soap or shampoo was provided. The air con and fans worked fine, thankfully. There were four PCs in the reception, of which two didn't really work, and the WiFi was unreliable.

There is a swimming pool, unheated, but that doesn't really matter in the hot climate. It's in the basement and is small, more just for a quick cool-off than a proper swim. It seemed clean and several guests were using it.

All in all, especially given the dodgy-seeming management style and far-out location (20 minutes walk to the centre), this hotel is not very impressive.
