They lied to us their room is cheap and only 12 dollar, but when we checked out, they overcharged us almost 13 dollar value dong. we told the receptionist.we d stay for 2 nights, but we didnt want to join any tour and she turned a black face to us. In the second day morning she came to our room at around 0900 saying we had to move to another small room immediately because they have already sold our room to other ppl, but its always our choice to move to other hotel.we felt her v. Ridiculois and Very rude and insincere. She said v. Dirt words to me and my.husband .and i told her i d made bad comments on her hotel. She said : whatever u like because our hotel is full every day because there are many stupid ppl in the world wont never know it. I think she is really fooling customers a a sh xx. She finally threw out our passport and shouted at us to go away. I said i would report to govt tourism office , she said govt wont bother and she doesnt care at all.

But then I've not picked my laundry up yet and not checked out!

Been here two nights, got one more today.

The woman at reception is really nice to the point she is pushy. Her rehearsed script of telling you were to go is such a rabble it was hard to understand but I think she means well.

The room itself is ok and worth $14 what I'm paying for it. Air con works, fan works, not tried the television.

The bathroom is pretty grim, though. The shower head doesn't really work and the lighting in there resembles that of a cheap horror film. But it's just a toilet.

My main absolute gripe is this. Reception have lockers for guests. They supply the padlock, too. But of course this isn't for free. It's for $1. Per day. But that's ok. The man and woman both stood and said yes we will look after it but no later than 9pm. Because after that we won't be here to look after it. Easy, we said. We will be back for then anyway and take our valuables to our room.

We popped our stuff in the locker and went out for breakfast. We came back around 1pm and asked for our stuff which we got. We went back to our room to relax (pretty annoying being under weather in what looks like a very nice little city). At 5pm we went out for dinner and took our valuables back down for the locker.

The women refused saying we need to pay again. To get use of the locker. We paid for already. For the day. That we used for two hours only earlier. It's things like this that make me not give them a single penny more than I need to.

Small touches like that put me off places an in turn give bad reviews. It's basic customer service. Charge to use a locker that sits in a lobby is fair game, I suppose, but to change the rules and want more money is not.

We stayed two night's there, and the day of check out they wake up us at 7:30 at the morning to move out of our room ,and normally the check out time is 10:00-12:00! Very noisy rooms and black walls from hunidity! They tell that they have swimming pool and is dirty like mekong water..
I suggest all travelers to search for sommething better of this hotel.

We had a pleasant-ish stay here.
The Good: Lady at the front desk was super duper helpful and found our room for our friends who came later even though they were fully booked. Drink/Food there were reasonable (not included) and they gave us extra towels and pillows.
The Bad: They lost 5 pairs of my friends socks and told him they weren't there when he put his laundry in. The room STANK of mould and water damage. The WiFi was non-existent. To get in after 10pm you have to bang on the locked doors until the night manager comes (you've clearly just woken him up - not good if you go out to dinner and drinks!).
The worse: On the day that web left, we paid on checkout at around 11am. We left our bags there and had an airport transfer booked later that evening. When we came to collect our bags and get the transfer, the trouble started. Our transfer was 25mins late - not good for people catching flights! He then drove super slow the whole way to the airport. We barely made our flight. As we were about to get into the bus to take us to the airport, the told us that they had miscalculated the price when we checked out and we had to pay about 500000 dong extra! When we refused they got super angry, drew aggressive diagrams for us like we were idiots and told us we had to pay more. The price they quoted us was totally wrong, they were trying to charge for extra people, extra laundry, extra food and drinks and it was ridiculous. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - stay anywhere else in Hoi An - but not here!

Customer service appaling. Assured us that by booking trip to halong bay with them would be the best possible price so we did. Once arrived in Hanoi found we had been charged over $30 more than the going rate for EXACTLY the SAME package!!!!!! Went to their office in Hanoi to cancel trip and the lady was very rude, unhelpful and aggressive in nature. When we called the hotel to explain to them that what they had sold us had been under false pretences they were again extremely rude and hung up the phone on us saying they would not change prices and if we cancelled we would still be charged the $90 with nothing back at all. Disgusting and appaling customer service once they have your money in their pocket. Also charged $40 each to travel by bus....again assured cheapest price....of course until we met fellow travellers who had in fact paid half of that! This was with shopping around afterwards we found we had been royally ripped off.

The hotel is one of the cheapest (10 us double room) but for the price is OK. Our sheets were a bit suspetious so we asked to be changed for the beginning. The room was big enough with 2 beds, bathroom was exceptable, enough of hot water...
They also offer tickets for day tours and transportation - ask around first as they might try to put a dollar or two on the bill... But you can bargin. Also we found it is better to pay in US dollars than in dongs.
The hotel is about 15 min from the old town and 5 min from the station. We were picked up from the later at our arrival for free.

It's not even worth going here to have a look,
Stayed here for 1 night paid 10 Usd.
The room was dirty, bed sheets were dirty, no hot water, some weird smell!

But the most annoying thing with this place was that the second day( planned to stay in Hoi an for 4 night )
The wanted to change the rate of the room!!!!!
I was shocked, 10 usd is really overcharged already!

This place doesn't go under the definition of a hotel!

Moved to a hotel nearby that's was cheaper and so much more value for the money.
