This is a very small restaurant with very small portions food for a non competitive price. Service is friendly and good. But why are 3 different restaurant employees asking where we came from and asking how we experienced the food. In Hoi An there are a lot more nicer and better (also price/quality ratio) restaurants.

We had dinner tonight and I must say we will be back tomorrow for more of the Chef food dishes as it is of excellent quality. We opted for the pork spare ribs and grilled prawns on local vegetables. The Patron and Chef in charge is probably The Best Chef at this point of time in Hoi An, and he worked before in Dubai Grand Hyatt !
Highly recommendable

We had high expectations for this restaurant. We booked in advance, and ate here with the two of us. Ordered the menu of 250 p.p. Spring Rolls were excellent, white rose dumplings had just a little bit of filling in them, compared to others we already had in Hoi An, therefore not very tasteful. Salad with banana flower and prawns tasted ok, but we had only 3 tiny prawns for the 2 of us..disappointing! Soup was ok, but not that much flavour in it. Morning glory and chicken were very good and tasteful. Dessert was watermelon pieces, can't go wrong with that.
Staff was very friendly, but we had very much the feeling of being rushed. We did not finish our starters and the soup and salad were brought. We waited to eat the salad and asked if mains could not wait as 5 dishes at a time is a lot and gets cold. But all was made already so put on the table. Within 50 minutes we stood outside. Paying 650 dong (5% surcharge) for this meal was far too much in my opinion. We felt not satisfied.

Might be just a bad day, but I would not recommend this menu, maybe to choose dishes from the menu had been a better and cheaper alternative

We decided to try here as we wanted some local cuisine and this place appeared to have good reviews on tripadvisor. We definitely weren't disappointed.

Service was very good and the waiter was friendly. We ordered Hoi An pancake to start with followed by Grilled fish steak, Fried king prawn with Salt and pepper and Wok fried sweet potato leaf with chilli and garlic. All the food was absolutely delicious especially the grilled fish steak. The prawns are cooked in the shells which is kind of odd but still very tasty if you can get past the crunch factor.

We then had steamed rice with mango and coconut syrup for dessert which was also tasty.

All this with four beers and two soft drinks cost about 900,000 dong (or less than $50AUD. A definite must to visit for dinner if you are in Hoi An.

We were very satisfied with this restaurant. The interior was lovely, so was the service. They were constantly checking if everything is ok, very pleasant service. The food was outstanding, especially the menu 2, it includes a fish soup with lemongrass, it was the best soup we had so far. Reasonable price at 250.000 vnd for 2 starters 3 main dishes and dessert.(you share the menu with someone else, so its 250.000 each). We recommend it warmly!
