Stayed for a week in the resort for a friends wedding and was upgraded to one of the poolside rooms. Was sharing with a friend and the bathroom doors didn't offer much privacy

Other than that it was lovely, we spent a lot of time lying by the pool getting drinks delivered. The shuttle to the town was very convenient and if there wasn't one it was only about $US5 for a taxi.

Had a a massage as well which was amazing.

Only ate there a couple of times but the food was good, drinks were a little over priced but to be expected in a resorts and they were still cheap compared to home.

We booked the 2 night summer package. The room was well appointed and the resort facilities excellent. The evening meal was very disappointing when compared with much cheaper meals we had in Hoi An. It lacked flavour and made very little use of fresh herbs and vegetables. The food and drink prices are so high that virtually no one stays in the hotel in the evening, hence the restaurant has no turnover or atmosphere. Beware the ++ on the bill. It is actually an additional 15.5% on all advertised prices.

The Boutique Hoi An Resort is about 10mins from the Hoi An town, located on a very nice stretch of beach. We were upgraded to a bungalow room just off the infinity pool. The room and overall property were all very clean. Our room had a rain shower which was very nice. However, the shower had no door so water tended to leak out onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was excellent and comfortable.

During our trip, 4 out of 5 days were filled with blue skies, so lounging on the beach under a grass shade was extremely tranquil and relaxing. The pool is very well maintained and offered a refreshing break from the afternoon sun. Plus, the free shuttle to the town was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good also.

The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Upon arrival, the front desk staff offered a welcome drink and explained the resort facilities.

Not having any expectations before arrival, we were very impressed with the property and the value for the price we paid. Excellent stay!

Great Customer Service, Fantastic Pools and good spa facilities. All in all an excellent value for money. Definitely recommend to stay here. If I ever visited Hoi An again, I would come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the beach villa. The layout of the room was very spacious and comfortable. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sitting and lounge room. The bed was comfortable, yet the room has a problem with rising damp. As soon as you walk in it smells mouldy, the smell has got into the pillows as well. For a new resort they have some issues that they will need to fix if they want people to come back. The tiles and walls in the room are all marked and show the rising damp. We had a live ghecko and a dead frog in the room. The shower in the main bathroom is useless as it floods the whole bathroom so we used the other shower. The staff were very friendly, food quite good, coffee terrible. The spa was good, prices are cheap, so good value but the bathroom you change in for a massage had a very bad smell to it. The beach and pool is fantastic and they have many free shuttle buses to Hoi An.Just outside the resort are about 5 laundries. We had our washing done here for a fraction of the price in the resort. If they can improve the smell in the room I would return here in the future, but as it was @ nights here was enough for us.

We stayed in one of the villas close to the beach which was very private, clean and spacious.
Pool area was great and meals very good. Great shuttle service to Hoi An and the staff very good, great. Nice large grounds but small enough not to be too crowded at the pool area etc.
Massage was great too.

A little further down the beach than the big 5 star hotels, but great value for money. Shuttle bus runs regularly into Hoi An, or a taxi is really cheap. Great beach, terrific pool, spectacular view from our room on the second floor of one of the villas. Rooms looked new, a little smaller than we are used to, but adequate. Great breakfast. If you are looking for some relaxation, highly recommended

Room Tip: Would gladly stay here again.

All the houses were made of wood, decorated with lacquered boards and panels engraved with old ancient characters. Pillars were also carved with ornamental designs.
